Casa Luna is not a new home but it is very far from being run down, the place looks exactly like the pictures. Arielle checked in on the 28th, and the unit was completely cleaned that same day and in perfect condition. The next day on the 29th Arielle expressed that the place was unacceptable for her mother in law, we found it odd since the place was cleaned but we just thought that her mother-in-law was maybe a little picky with certain things which is fine, I let her know that the cleaner would come in the next day as we always want our guest to feel good while staying with us. On the 30th the cleaner did an 8-hour shift (I want to clarify that Arielle chose to stay with her she did not have to stay) and left everything in perfect condition as expressed by Arielle when she messaged me at the end of the day, our cleaner also proceeded to clean every day of their stay except for the holiday and days off (Sundays), Arielle expressed it was not ok that she had a holiday and Sunday off, I did explain she needed these days and it was her right also. This is when we realized Arielle's group was a mess, they needed the daily cleaning because their mother-in-law probably could not stand the mess they created, this is why I think she said she needed cleaning on the 30th when our cleaner reported she had some trouble cleaning during their stay because they left everything extra messy. We knew this review was going to be like this, and frankly, we were very happy your stay was over.
