It was a great place for the group we had down here. We were here building a house for a single mom, and at the end of the day to come back to this house was amazing. We also cooked out a few nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is amazing! Spent Christmas here with family (10 of us). So much room and this place has everything you need. So many ways to get to the beach, less than 5 minute walk in any direction. It’s a quiet little area next to the busy town of Tamarindo. So much to do and so close to everything. Nathan and Kenner were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped arrange the best deep sea fishing we could have asked for. This is the place to stay!!!

We stayed here with 3 families with young kids. The location was perfect! Quieter area in Langosta but still so close to the beach, restaurants nearby, mini Mart with the essentials a block away, short walk in to Tamarindo. Easy check in, clean, exactly as described in the ad, lots of iguanas visiting. The outdoor kitchen area was great and the whole place felt very secure. Kenner, the property manager, was quick to respond and super helpful and friendly with excellent English. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Kenner, the property manager, was great and always available. Some of the rooms, including the casitas, were very warm compared to a couple of the other rooms, making it difficult to sleep, but we got used to it. We lost power twice, unsure if it was the entire neighborhood or just our property, but it was resolved rather quickly; it just made it difficult to get ready in the heat. Overall, I would recommend and would return as long as the electricity is not an issue. The location is very close to town and the beach and easily accessible by golf cart. There’s also a small market nearby that we visited numerous times. The pool was nice to have during the sunny days.

We accomplished some electrical work that included a larger circuit breaker that has corrected the electrical issue, thanks for your understanding. Normally we have great reviews on all the AC units, so we'll be looking into that as well. Hopefully you all can return soon! Nate
