かつては古代宮殿の安定した馬であったガイニギ（1700年代）は、2015年にプライベ���トフェンスガーデンを持つ家庭的なアパートに改装されました。 改装工事は、2つの快適なベッドルーム（キング���イズベッド1台とツ���ンベッド2台）、壮大なビルトインシャワーとバスタブ付きの3つのバスルーム、エアコン、WIFI、テーブルと椅子と小さなソファー、あら���る種類の台所用品と用具。

Casa Francescaは私が管理しているCasa Vera（www。homeaway。co。/ 1728696）の同じ建物内にあります。 建物は2つのユニットのみで構成されており、それぞれに独自の隔離されたプライベートガ���デンがあり、プライバシが妥協されることはありません。

無料駐車場はアパ���トから徒歩5分の所にあります。

大規模なグループ（8名様まで）の場合、2��のアパートメントを一緒に借りることができ、合計4つのベッドルームと5つのバスルームを構成することができます。

アパートメントにはダブルエントランスがあります.1つは庭園から、もう1つは通りからです。 グ��ンドリビングルーム、庭に広々とした設備の整ったキッチン、広々としたダイニングルーム、ダブルベッドルーム2室、バスルーム3室、ランドリールーム（洗濯機/乾燥機、アイロン、ボード。

アパートは一日中日光にさらされ、一日中明るくなります。イタリアでは非常に��しいことです！

場所は静かで素敵で、美しい鳥の鳴き声が舞い上がる庭園が見渡せます。

アパート���、ベッドルームとバスルームの組織がすべての人にプライバシーを提供するように一���に旅行している2つの友人のカップルのために非常に示唆されています。同じ寝室と同じバスルーム、4人の家族と一緒に過ごしたくない2人の友人が一緒に遭遇することも示唆さ���ています。
最低宿泊日数は4泊です。

冬季暖房は、毎日7ユーロ、または長期レンタルの消費に応じて課金されます。

A cook's dream

We were in the apartment for a month and a half and thankfully there was a lot to love about it. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We love to cook so we really appreciated all the tools, pans and space. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space is a huge plus. The location couldn't be beaten. Being on the outer ring of the wall allows for easy access but also great light.

Ideal location close to shopping and restaurants and beautiful walking path atop the city wall. Spacious rooms and showers . Beautiful furnishings. AC Small garden patio. Very quiet. I highly recommend this apartment

Wonderful location

Location of apartment and facility It would be helpful to have more than 1 towel per person. The dryer takes quite some time to dry. Also, would be nice to have luggage racks so you don't need to leave luggage on the floor.

THE most amazing apartment

So much to say about this apartment: it’s breathtakingly beautiful, the air con was sublime, the location was perfect, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything about it was perfect. Would 100% recommend and would stay again!

Delightful Ground Floor Apartment with Garden

Beautifully decorated and laid out spacious apartment (the decor has been updated since the photos). Amazing kitchen and outdoor space next to the wall and Porto Santa Maria for easy access for our morning runs and to explore the surrounding area. We can’t wait to return!

Everything about the rental was lovely and perfect except make sure you bring some extra paper towel

The environment and location was wonderful, could not have been better!!! More paper goods and info on how to use the coffee machine, we never were able to use it and had to use the drip American coffee maker.

Spacious lodging with a lovely patio

Accommodations were very spacious for two couples. Nice kitchen. Large living room Large dining room. We loved having an outdoor patio. It has a nice location, with easy access to the the city wall and a short walk from the tourist attractions in town. At the same time, it was a little bit off the beaten track. We didn't feel like we were in the middle of the most "touristy" part of town.

Perfect location within the walls of Lucca

Stunning apartment with everything you will need for a perfect stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful. It is her family home and she makes you feel like you are an invited guest. The location could not be better since you can bring a car very close by and park if necessary without breaching the restricted traffic zones. Free parking is only a 20 min walk away outside the walls and a large supermarket is near the free car park. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment. Quiet, and lovely back patio. Very clean and well furnished. Right below the wall for easy access. Bike rental just around the corner. Easy walk to many recommended restaurants. Should let guests know via website that communication via WhatsApp is the best way to communicate with property management and not texting. Site manager was there to meet us when we arrived with informative check in. Would highly recommend this apartment and the management company.

Great apartment in a beautiful village

The apartment checks all the boxes. Spacious, great location, and very affordable. Also, it's on the ground level! No climbing flights of stairs! Nice little garden off the kitchen to enjoy a cup of tea on a sunny morning. Cross the street and you're on the wall. Restaurants and shops a short walk away. Nice kitchen if you feel like cooking in. Management company responded quickly when we lost power. I would highly recommend this place. Oh, it has 3 full baths! Need some Tupperware containers for leftover food. Great kitchen, by the way. The heat was a bit difficult to adjust occasionally.

Wonderful Stay in Lucca

Our three week apartment rental in Lucca exceeded our expectations. The two bedrooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was full of light and airy. The adjoining terrace was delightful, giving us privacy but also allowing us to view daily life in the walled city. Mrs. Sonia was helpful in directing us to grocery stores and specialty shops--- very accommodating. The apartment's location was perfect---easy access to the promenade, walking distance to the train station. We plan to return next Spring hopefully for six weeks. Bill & Jo Ann--USA

Simply exceeded our expectations

We can't say enough about the apartment and Lucca Apartments & Villas. Everything was fantastic. Cristina personally met us at check in and went over everything with us. She'd turned the AC down so when we arrived, it was cool. We felt so fortunate to have found a ground floor apartment (with a private patio area) and being just inside the city wall of Lucca made it perfect to walk to the pick up point (as we couldn't bring our car inside the city). We found free and safe parking a few minutes' walk away. We came with my husband's parents and to have a space that was easily accessible, so well appointed, and with amazing living space simply exceeded our expectations. We adored Lucca and cannot wait to come back!

Quiet but close to everything, super comfortable

Lovely large apartment with pretty much every mod con you might need. We regard it as one of the best positions within the walls. Easy to get to everything but away from the tourist heavy parts. Lots of good shops, bars, restaurants etc nearby. And the Lucca Language School is a 5 minute walk which happens to go right past our favourite cafe in Lucca... Excellent kitchen, laundry, dining room, lounge etc etc. The description covers it pretty well however the pleasure of having lots of windows that look out on to the garden and sky is a rare pleasure in most accommodation in Italy. Ms. Sonia is always good to deal with. The owners live in the apartment above but apart from a friendly smile every now and again you would not know they are there.

Nice Location

Fairly well equipped apartment in a nice quiet location that is close to everything in Lucca. Nice finishes. Did find the apartment to be dark at times seeing as the windows are strictly to the front and back of this long apartment. Beautiful kitchen with lots of natural light. Nice outside seating area. Did note a musty smell to the couches and when returning to the apartment after a long day out it also smelt a bit musty. Once windows were opened it was fine. Very comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bathrooms with 4 adult travellers. Quiet location for the most part. We choose to park in the free lot outside of the walls and the walk was an easy 5 minutes. Plenty of good restaurants in Lucca...you can't really go wrong....Try Osteria San Giorgio. Mrs Sonia was very nice...Thanks for a nice stay!

Amazing Accommodations!

My two best friends and I stayed 5 days/4 nights in Lucca for a 30 year Girls’ Trip Reunion! We absolutely loved the apartment! The location was perfectly situated right inside the walls and close to parking, restaurants, shops, and bike rentals! The ground floor apartment was so convenient and luxurious! The photos online do not even do it justice. The living and dining room have been completely redone with new furniture upgrades which made it appear more sleek and bright. In addition, the online photos showed two bedrooms with 3 beds (one queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other.) Since there were three of us, we did expect that we all had our own bed. However, upon arrival we found that the bedrooms had also changed a bit and each only offered a queen, which meant that two of us would have to share a bed. Luckily, we didn’t care and made the adjustment but that may not be possible for some and it is worth mentioning. Being three women in our 50s, we loved each having our own bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking/serving. The outdoor patio off of the kitchen was a lovely bonus. We spent an entire day exploring Lucca and rented bikes to ride the perimeter a top the city walls -which is a MUST! We loved our leisurely strolls to cafes and dinner spots. We also enjoyed using Lucca as our hub for day trips to Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terra. It was a trip for the memory books and Casa Francesca was the perfect accommodation!

Nos encantó este apartamento en el centro histórico de Lucca. La vista a las murallas es impresionante y el jardín privado es perfecto para relajarse después de explorar la ciudad. El interior es acogedor y bien decorado. Los propietarios fueron muy amables.

Amazing stay at a gem of a location

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home in Lucca. We found the air conditioners and washer/dryer especially useful during our stay. The owner (Sonya) was very responsive to our inquires and quite helpful with a well developed booklet of information on the property for our stay. Lucca is a gem.

Wonderful property in a awesome city

We (4 persons, 2 adults and 2 kids (17 & 16 years old) enjoyed our stay in this lovely property very much. Lucca is a great place to be. We can recommend the property and hope to be back soon.
