静かな内陸ですが、スーパーマーケットから10分、海から30分、マラガ（空港、ショップ、ツアー）やマルベーリャ（ビーチ、ショップ、豪華）から30分、出発点アンダルシア（グラナダ、セビリア、コルドバ、...）。
45エーカーの広い庭園にあるプライベートプール付きの超静かなエリア（直接の隣人ではありません）。
2018年夏に完全に改装されました。

Great stay in Andalucia

We enjoyed a week in the tranquility of this place and enjoyed many hours in and around the great private pool. The house is as mentioned and everything was clean and functioning. Thank you very much!

Servane, who was available to help you on site, mentioned that you only asked if a mid-stay cleaning was foreseen and you also said a grass cut was not needed. But no other requirement ...

Perfect relaxing break

We have just returned after 2 weeks at the villa. The communication was faultless from the beginning until we left. The villa is in a rural area and as such is perfect if you want a relaxing break away from it all, but within half an hour easy drive of the beaches of Fuengirola, Benalmadena etc. The villa was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as described. Lovely large pool (10x5m) in an exceptionally large garden.There is a small village square a 10 minute walk away with a couple of bars and small supermarket. As mentioned this is a rural area so you do get local dogs barking at times, you cant hear it inside the villa and this never bothered us at all. We stay in a lot of villas and have to say these were the comfiest beds and best showers we have ever had ! Many Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your villa. we had a great time and wouldnt hesitate to come back..

Review of house in Spain

We had a delightful week’s holiday 11-18 June 2022. Stephane, gave us accurate coordinates of the house as the location does not appear on our TomTom. head for the village of “Villafranco de Guadalhorce” (signs have “franco” painted over) the roads degenerate into dirt tracks but nothing too steep nor bumpy for an ordinary car. Look for signs for the road called Navette and that will take you to the house – nothing to worry about. One enters the property through a large black iron gate up a tree-lined drive to the house. The agent’s son who gave us an excellent briefing on the property.There is a written guide produced by the owners is in French only. The house is set in an area of small properties each in small private individual plots behind wire and screened off by hedges and trees. All very private. We had a grand view of the other side of the valley and the hills beyond. The furnishings are plain and practical or minimalist but comfortable, we slept so well in the double bed. The Air Conditioning is very effective so one can retreat into the cool house if needs be. Be aware there is no local TV, and no DVD nor Tape/CD players supplied but of course one can easily find music using the YouTube facility on the huge satellite TV. There is a handful of board games available in French (only) such as Trivial Pursuit. The fig tree was producing a lot of delicious ripe figs whilst we were there. It was a pleasure to take a long siesta in the garden on a hot summer’s day listening to the cicadas chirping away and seeing the pipistrelles dipping and skimming across the swimming pool after sunset. The garden can be lit up at night with flood lights mounted on the house. The swimming pool is fresh clear water with the option of underwater pool lights. Be aware that the pool maintenance guy attended the pool at daybreak on Friday morning! The village, Villefranco is a ten minute walk East along a dirt track, one small supermarket, one hardware store a modern church with a bell tower (striking the hours) a school and a tapas bar. The folk are friendly in that easy going Andalucian way. We loved our stay in spite of the heat wave we encountered and would love to stay again. L&R W (UK)

Calme, jardin, piscine, oiseaux

Maison très agréable pour se reposer et profiter du calme et des oiseaux. Beau jardin, ce qui est rare en Andalousie. Piscine très appréciée. Le chemin est un peu rocailleux mais praticable. Gentillesse du propriétaire au moment des contacts avant arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location, qui se situe à 8km des centres commerciaux et qui est centrale pour visiter la région et profiter du bord de mer.

Lovely quiet property with spacious grounds.

The property is well equipped and set in spacious grounds with a lovely swimming pool. It is in a quiet area with pretty views. It is a short drive to Coin with its range of supermarkets - very convenient. The village is an easy walk for morning coffee or an evening drink! We were very pleased. Thank you.
