All was great. Communication was excellent. The house is directly across from beach access and chairs and umbrellas that were at the house are great and prevent having to pack them from home.

Spring Break stay

We enjoyed the property and Royal Destinations was very responsive and told us exactly what we needed to know. Very convenient to beach and the town.

Great location

Nice property- very comfortable for our family at Thanksgiving. Easy access to beach right across the street. Short walk to Seaside and house has 4 bikes that we loved riding through seaside and watercolor.

The location of the home is nestled in the heart of Seagrove just across the street form the beach and set back one lot so you are not directly in the traffic of 30A. perfect place

this home was as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The pool was smaller than it looks but still the entire backyard was adorable. Dropdead gorgeous master bedroom with Oceanview. Loved that it was not right in Seaside!

Royal Destinations was very responsive and kind. Also comes with bikes to use. Only things noticed were that a lot of times there are conveniences for people traveling in like leftover coffee pods, more toilet paper rolls, newer frying pans to use, etc, but otherwise it was fantastic.

Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house close to the beach and other areas like shopping, restaurants, etc. The only thing which was not a huge issue after I sprayed fogger and bought citronella candles was the mosquitos around the pool.

Carmen, we are so happy to hear you had a nice stay at B-Side Seaside. The location of this home is hard to beat- steps to Seaside AND the beach access. We are sorry for the issues with mosquitos. As much as we wish they weren’t here, they unfortunately are and tend to make their presence known when it is hot and rains, which has been quite a bit this summer. We hope this wasn’t a major inconvenience and hope to welcome you back soon!

Perfect Family Beach Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, Location. Perfect. Steps from the private beach entrance, private pool and deck with both shade and sun available, short walk to Seaside, bike anywhere with bikes provided. Royal Destinations was an excellent host. They were attentive before, during and after the stay. We had a multi-generational family of nine with five teenage girls and could not have been more comfortable or had a better experience.
