If you are looking for a place to stay in Kauai, that’s close to everything and just overall excellent, look no further. I have stayed in a lot of places and this is absolutely the best! We hope to stay here again and really enjoyed it.

Perfect stay for 3 couples. All the beach chairs and umbrellas plus wagon to carry everything to the beach were great! We also enjoyed a few games of tennis and the staff gave us a special deal for the week.

What a wonderful stay at Serenity Villa. The villa was beautiful, spacious and well stocked, with everything you might need for a day at the beach, or staying in, cooking and relaxing. Amazing location off the greenbelt, with the beach just a 10 minute, relaxing walk away. We walked down to the beach each day of our visit, for dinner at Brenekkes and to see the turtles at sunset, or to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Communication was excellent and all information was provided timely. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows available. Plenty of towels and basic toiletries and large assortment of cooking utensils and small appliances. Tv was set for access to all streaming services, great for the teenager. Lots of time was spent on the lanai relaxing!! Would not hesitate to stay here again and absolutely recommend for your next visit to Kauai.

The host was so very nice as was his wife. Whatever I wanted/needed, he came right over. The amenities were excellent, and was a great place for walking with a couple of very good restaurants nearby.

This was an awesome place to stay! It’s in a great location. Easy check in/out and great communication with property manager. Definitely a luxury condo with ample space for 5 adults. We cooked most of our meals in, so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite was the lanai…not only an ocean view, but overlooked the walking path to the beach (an easy 10 minute walk to the beach)… We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our vacation with our adult children. Very spacious and nice furnishings. Great location to the beaches and having the pool so close was a plus. The lanai was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Stop scrolling and book this one now!

This villa is so lovely and we enjoyed our time there the end of May. Nicely decorated, large size rooms, great lanai. Excellent location, short walk to beaches and other nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. We had all of the space a family of four could want and the beds were very comfortable. The views and setting were gorgeous from every angle.

Beautiful Serenity Villas!

Our family had an amazing vacation at this luxury villa in Kauai! The property was walking distance to the beaches and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We hope to come visit again! Mahalo

There are two great beach destinations. Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt are about a 10 minute walk along the greenbelt path. The Poipu Beaches are about a 5 minute walk past the tennis courts along the greenbelt path in the other direction, and feature the park, food, baby beach, board rentals and so much more.

We are a couple of Australians who fell in love with Southern California because it is so much like our incredible homeland. We found a beachside home, and have lived and worked there for many years. Our children and grandchildren, however are living in Northern California, Hawaii, and Australia. So we decided to eventually retire in the middle of the Pacific, on the world's most beautiful island - Kauai. One day we will no longer share this special Villa with others - it will be our home.
