The location was great; the proximity to the beach was really close. They provided plenty of bikes and water toys to play with. The house was in good condition and the street was quiet. The check-in process was easy and communication was open.

The stay was wonderful. So many toys to take to the beach and tons of bikes too!! Lots of toys. It was great being so close to the beach. The house was really spacious and had everything we needed and was close to everything. The host was very prompt with all the information and even let us check in early when the house was ready. Thank you Debra our family had a nice reunion.
The cousins were sad to leave, saying goodbye on the front porch.

Our family and another family stayed here together while in town for a memorial service for our grandmother. Overall good location and good stay. Debbie and Keith were responsive when I had questions.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our group came out to visit family and had a wonderful stay! Debbie was so great to communicate with and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We were thrilled to see all the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and plenty more! We will definitely be returning!!

Amazing

The house was perfect. Wonderful location. We walked and/or rode bikes to the beach every day. The. Beach equipment that they have available is like a mini store. There’s literally something for everybody. The communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever had in any VRBO. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect for our family

Perfect Beach Home for Families

Everything about this house is perfect. We had 9 people and the house fit us without everyone stumbling on top of eachother. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for CA getaway.

We had a great stay in and around Oxnard and this home was perfect for us. The neighborhood was really cool with the gorgeous Silver Strand Beach only steps away. We would definitely stay here should we pass this way again.

My husband instantly fell in love with this beach many years ago when he bought this house. Having lived and worked in other beach communities, the small town feel and sense of community is second to none here in the Silver Strand Beach of Oxnard. Having the home as a vacation rental allows me and my family to still enjoy this wonderful beach along with being able to share it with others.
