The stay was wonderful. So many toys to take to the beach and tons of bikes too!! Lots of toys. It was great being so close to the beach. The house was really spacious and had everything we needed and was close to everything. The host was very prompt with all the information and even let us check in early when the house was ready. Thank you Debra our family had a nice reunion.
The cousins were sad to leave, saying goodbye on the front porch.

The location was great; the proximity to the beach was really close. They provided plenty of bikes and water toys to play with. The house was in good condition and the street was quiet. The check-in process was easy and communication was open.

Amazing

The house was perfect. Wonderful location. We walked and/or rode bikes to the beach every day. The. Beach equipment that they have available is like a mini store. There’s literally something for everybody. The communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever had in any VRBO. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great beach house

I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!

Perfect beach vacation!

Our group came out to visit family and had a wonderful stay! Debbie was so great to communicate with and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We were thrilled to see all the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and plenty more! We will definitely be returning!!

Perfect Beach Home for Families

Everything about this house is perfect. We had 9 people and the house fit us without everyone stumbling on top of eachother. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts! We will definitely be back!

New Year’s Family Vacation

This was perfect for our family which included nine people, ages 2 to 73! The location is perfect: the beaches only a block away, the city of Oxnard has everything you need within several minutes of driving, and access to Santa Barbara, Ventura, and LA is extremely easy. The hosts were amazing and super communicative and helpful, even accommodating our request to check in early since their cleaners were finished. The place is exactly as described in the pictures and we would definitely stay here again!

Short weekend stay

Our family and another family stayed here together while in town for a memorial service for our grandmother. Overall good location and good stay. Debbie and Keith were responsive when I had questions.

Relaxing Staycation

Just relaxed in the house, walked to the beach, and relaxed some more. Everything was all good. Met the owners on the way out. Super nice folks.

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family. There was room for everyone. The house is has something for everyone, boggy board, bikes, surfing, games, and puzzles.

Great for a Family Vacation!

This home had everything you could ever need for the beach, which was so nice. We only had to bring out clothes and food! The kitchen was well stocked, which was great because we did a lot of cooking and BBQing. The upper balconies were a great place for the kids to play and run around. The beach is a short walk. It is a beautiful clean beach and was nearly empty every day! Debbie responded to me immediately throughout the whole process from booking to checking out. That was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay her again!

Fabulous Vacation

This property was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed. It's just a few steps from the beach. The garage has all the beach toys you could possibly need. Everyone enjoyed riding the bikes. The host was nice to work with. Thank you.

Perfect family trip!

We picked this house for the location and the beach toys that are included, and it did not disappoint at all!! We loved our stay and couldn’t believe how lovely the beach is and how secluded it felt with just a few other families anywhere close on the beach. The lifeguards were an unexpected plus as well. We would absolutely plan a repeat of this trip!

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved staying in your home away from home. We visited the area for my nieces graduation. So we had multiple generations staying here. Great weekend getaway

Three college friends and I spend a long weekend here. We loved the cleanliness, cute decorations, outdoor spaces, nearness to the beach, and easy check-in and check-out. Also, reminders were conveniently posted around the space to remind us where towels and other things were. We were glad to have laundry access, a beach wagon, and bikes to check out the nearby inlets. Seeing the seals in the morning was also a treat! Thanks Debbie for welcoming us to your beach home! My husband instantly fell in love with this beach many years ago when he bought this house. Having lived and worked in other beach communities, the small town feel and sense of community is second to none here in the Silver Strand Beach of Oxnard. Having the home as a vacation rental allows me and my family to still enjoy this wonderful beach along with being able to share it with others.
