Boulder Ridge was a dream come true for our family. We purchased the acreage in 2001 and built the main house is 2004. We have a camp on the lower 30 acres that has a 3 season tiny cottage on it that we stayed in on summer visits pending the main house's construction. During those early years we built a storage barn on the lower 30 acres where we store our equipment and the tools we use to maintain the estate.

We chose to purchase property in the Adirondack mountains inside the park because of its natural beauty and the environmental protections the park offered in order to preserve the integrity of this gorgeous wilderness. Additionally, our property was close to Lake George, one of the premier fresh water lakes in the country. It's beauty in breathtaking! Additionally, the property is centrally located between NYC and Montreal, making it marketable for short term rental to both Canadians and Americans who were interested in experiencing this gorgeous wilderness.

Boulder Ridge is in a beautiful location and consists of over 60 acres of wild mountainous forests full of hiking and ATV/snow mobile trails with spectacular of the high peaks of the Adirondack mountain range. Everything the Lake George and Saratoga Springs areas have to offer is accessible within less than an hour from the property location. Lake George village is 6 miles away and Saratoga racetrack is 35 minutes away. The house is situated less than 3 miles from the NY state north-way, the major highway between NYC and Montreal. The location couldn't be more convenient while still maintaining the wild character and natural beauty of the Adirondack park.
