San Pancho is a small, super friendly, laid back, colorful village with plenty of excellent restaurants and food stalls, unique shops, a weekly farmers/artisan market and several convenient mini grocery, fish monger, butcher shops and vegetable stores throughout the town. The vibrant art and music scene in San Pancho adds to the enchantment and culture of the town. San Pancho is home to an amazing music festival in late February and an annual art festival - El Festival de Arte Mujeres Creadoras (women’s art festival)

Don’t miss La Patrona Polo & Equestrian Club - an international polo facility with great dining for Sunday brunch during season. Take surf lessons on the beach. San Pancho’s beautiful almost 2 mile long beach and wonderfully warm people will provide an incredible and unforgettable experience.

CONDO
Relax in the beautiful master bedroom with a nice big king bed, and patio doors that open onto the ocean front lanai/terrace. Experience expansive ocean views while taking a rain shower in the ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the double sinks and the large walk in closet.

The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and closet space galore.
The master and guest bathrooms both have rain showers. The master bath includes a soaking tub with excellent views of the ocean as well. The guest bath walk-in shower has a lovely stone floor that will massage your feet!

All areas are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine in or eat out at the many delicious restaurants in San Pancho.

There is High Speed Telmex fiber optic WiFi / Internet in the condo, as well as a large screen Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Apple TV, and AmazonPrime Video. We also have an Amazon Firestick with thousands of channels (2023).

Along with the buildings water purification system, we have an additional water purification system in the condo that is regularly maintained. You can safely drink from the faucet in the kitchen and use the ice from the ice maker in the freezer.

Enjoy the large, beautiful pool and large jacuzzi hot tub that the resort has to offer.

GETTING THERE
It's easy to get to San Francisco/San Pancho from the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) or the new Tepic International airport (code: TPQ) via taxi, Uber, rental car or arranged driver. It’s a 45-minute drive through the beautiful tropical jungle corridor. Within San Pancho, everything is within walking distance. However if needed, there are taxi services available as well as Uber services to other towns. Guadalajara is 3 hours away by car.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

-Everything you may need is a short walk away. If you would like a large grocery store, we recommend that you stop at Walmart, Mega or La Comer in Bucerias on the way from the airport and stock up there or take a taxi/uber during your stay.
