Thank you for the review Linda! We are so happy to hear that this property worked out well for your property! This property makes you feel at home, you moment you get there. We do list this property with the pool as not being able to be heated, however we still understand how that can be frustrating. March is one of those months here on the island where it can be very warm, or it can bring cooler weather as well. We thank you for your feedback, and look forward to having the opportunity to host you in the near future.

Thank you for the review Susan! We are happy to hear that this property worked out well for your vacation. Cleanliness and communication are two areas that we prioritize, so it is great to know that you felt both throughout your experience with us. We appreciate you letting us know about the condo feeling dark, this condo is surrounded by beautiful oak trees which can create some additional shade. Thank you for renting with us, we look forward to having the opportunity to host you again in the near future!

Hi Sam! We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your kind words and please come again soon to our little piece of paradise!!!!! :)

Thank you for the wonderful review! We are so happy to know that this property worked out so well for your beach vacation. We agree, this ground floor unit allows for an easy commute to and from the beach and pool. We truly appreciate you taking the time to send over your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the island soon.

Thank you Jim for leaving a review! We hope you made a lot of memories and play to come again soon!!

Thank you Mike for your 4 star rating. We appreciate that. We are sorry the TV was confusing, we would have been happy to assist you with that during your stay. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance but there are a variety of restaurants in the downtown area close to where the property is located and a good many restaurants in a 3-5 minute drive. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to see you again.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the unit. We do apologize in regards to the minimal lighting. This is due to the Sea Turtles and it's mandated by the City. So sorry to hear that the tub wasn't draining properly. We will get that taken care of. If we had known during your stay we would've certainly sent someone out to repair it! We will take a look at some of the furnishings as well and pass the information along to the owner. Thanks again so staying with us and we hope that you will return again soon!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We are so happy to hear that this property worked out so well for your vacation with your family. This property is ideal for a family that wants to use the pool and have access to the beach. The balcony overlooking the private pool allows for quick access, and as you mentioned allows for you to keep eyes on the children at the pool. This property is very accommodating, and makes you feel at home instantly. We truly appreciate you taking the time to send over your feedback, and we hope we have the opportunity to rent to you again in the near future!

Thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry you felt like the photos did not reflect your experience at this property. The natural dunes that are on our island, can sometimes create a slightly longer walk to the beach. We apologize if this was not communicated correctly on the property listing. The water outside of the unit is a retention pond, that is required by water management to ensure runoff from storms does not threaten our properties. We also hate to hear that this was a tough unit to find, we will get with the owner of the unit and review property descriptions and pictures to ensure the directions and descriptions are as clear as possible. We understand that the fees can be frustrating, however these fees do cover the hard work our team puts into maintaining, and keeping the property clean. We did call the day after you checked in and left a voicemail to see how your stay was going, and we are disappointed that we did not hear back. We do this so we have the opportunity to make sure you were comfortable, and not experiencing any issues. . We work hard to be very proactive, and it always a little disheartening when guests wait until after their stay to let us know about any issues. We manage all different types of properties that fit different guest preferences, and we do have a lot guests that love this property so we were surprised to see your dissatisfaction. We apologize immensely that this did not meet your preferences. We pride ourselves on always being available for our guests, and we work hard to make any negative situation with a guest right. We would love for you to give Amelia Island another shot, and if you do we would love one of our properties to be apart in making that happen. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback! We are so sorry for the issues you experienced. We would have been more than happy to take a look at them while you were here to make you more comfortable. It is hard for us to know how many consumables to leave as some guests love having them while others do not. We do thank you for your review, and hope you will return to visit Amelia Island soon!

Thank you for the review Gary. We are happy to hear that the property worked great for your vacation, and that you felt our team was communicative during your stay. We hate to hear you did not feel like this unit met your needs, we are sorry for any inconvenience that brought you. Since your stay the owner has replaced all windows, washer and dryer, couches, , and chairs. We do truly appreciate your feedback, and take it to heart so we can continuously enhance our guest experience. We thank you again for the review, and we hope you give Amelia Island another shot in the near future!

Thanks for your feedback, Meredith! We are happy to hear that you all enjoyed the property during your stay. We do advertise that this unit is about a 5 minute walk to the beach as it is located behind the pool area. We do hope that you all made some wonderful memories and if you need assistance with a future rental, we would love to help!
