the Casellina

Beautiful barn of 180 sqm completely renovated and ndtt in the green of the Tuscan partner, enjoys a breathtaking view and is ideal for a week or more of relaxation.
At the disposal of the structure there is a large swimming pool and the house is equipped with a 50-inch TV and internet connection ..
Near a few km there are Reggello and Pian di Scò two small villages very nice and where you can shop and spend a pleasant day.
Easily accessible and not far away there is also Vallombrosa that certainly deserves a visit and where you can make a nice trip in the woods.
the house can be reached passing through Pian di Sc and following the indications for Casabiondo.
the house is reached via a small dirt road.
we will still be waiting for you either at the motorway exit or at the nearest village.

Beautiful and peaceful hilltop house

The house is in a fabulous location, high up on a hill overlooking the valley, in a very peaceful location. The access road up to the house as a result is a little challenging but of course you quickly get used to it. The house is very comfortable, it is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the garden and swimming pool, which gets sun throughout the day, with beautiful sunsets across the valley in the evenings. Wi-Fi was available in the house although a little slow, but this doesn't matter when on holiday. We found it a good central location for days out to Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc. The owner, Leonardo, was very helpful. He visits the next door house once or twice per week, but is quiet and discrete, and the garden and pool are for exclusive use of guests. Thank you for making it a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend the house for a family that wants to enjoy a peaceful holiday..

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

nice hollidays : quietness and wonderful view close to Firenze and Chianti valley.

Very kind welcome from Stephania's family. Even if the owners live at the sam area, they are very discreet and helpful. Thanks a lot for the little car to finish the last 500m. WI-FI connection limited to 20GO, too just for our 5 teenagers family. We really recommend this place for quiet and peaceful vacation in Toscana.

lovely place, lovely house!

The house is beautiful, the place is beautihul, the view is beautiful!! There is only one little problem - the last 500m of the road to the villa is very narrow, but the owner give us a small car.

We'll be back soon !
