Spring Break getaway

Lovely condo and Michelle checked in with us making sure all was good! I’ve never had a host check in and make sure we were good so that was huge to me! The condo has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, etc! Very clean and neat! Just a short walk to the beach!

A dream vacay

We really enjoyed our nice and relaxing stay. The beach was steps away and loved that they had chairs and umbrella included. Great walking trail next to the condo and fast response in any question that I had from owner. The grounds around the area was very clean as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Spring break visit

This was a great home to spend the second half of our spring break. The property was as listed and had lot of amenities for the beach. It's also very near plenty of restaurants and amusements. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a small issue with getting warm showers but I'm sure it will be rectified. The owner has notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation. The work did impede our movement and caused a good bit of dust and noise. That made it a 4.5 star visit for us but I understand the work will be completed in a few months.

Nice Beach Condo

Wonderful, thoughtful, most accommodating host!

We loved everything about this trip! The owner is amazing! The communication is top notch, no BS! She made sure we knew there would be construction during our stay and kept us updated on it, when she was made aware of a situation, she told us immediately. She had an unexpected situation come up right before our dates and we were impressed by the way she handled it! We loved the property, the items in the condo that were available to us, the location, everything was great!

Excellent stay!

Wonderful week at Miramar Beach and Maravilla Resort! Beautiful condo, clean, all the comforts of home. Michelle was an excellent host, checked in with us ahead of arrival and was very responsive throughout the week. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Rental!

We had a great time staying here. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her about the elevator not working. Within the day, she had contacted the repairman and it was working again! We would definitely stay here anytime we’re in the area.

Perfect Vacation

Great spot

Communication with host was great. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything, like appliances - up to date, beds quite comfortable. Location is good - beach is fantastic. Nice pools and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Condo!

Such a beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated with short walk to the beach. Can walk to several local restaurants which was very convenient. And most of all dog friendly!! We will definitely be back for another stay!!

We had the very best stay!! The condo is in a great location. Many walkable restaurants in area and beach right across street. You can view the water from the balcony. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a pack n play and high chair for our 11 month old. We would definitely stay again!!

Excellent Beach Stay

We have been to this area many times. This condo is at the top of our list. Very clean. Close to beach. The beach chairs are a huge plus as well. Host was very inviting and available if needed. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, Clean condo steps from the Beach!

The Condo was very clean, well stocked plus lots of extras and very convenient to the beach, restaurants, golf and shopping! Michelle was very responsive and ensured we had a great experience! We will definitely visit again!

When we first visited Miramar Beach, we fell in love with the soft white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean water. As parents of 3 boys, we enjoyed discovering the unlimited options available from water sports to biking, hiking, shopping, and of course eating. Plentiful activities are a must when we vacation, and we were attracted to the year-round options in the area.
We found Maravilla to be the perfect resort as it offers 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis, basketball, and fitness center and is just a few steps from the beach. We were thrilled to find our unit available as it has been recently remodeled and includes all the amenities our family desires. We enjoy mornings on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view. We feel we found a treasure in Maravilla and our desire is to share it with our guests and provide a both exciting and relaxing vacation you won’t forget.
