This is a wonderfully cozy, comfortable, and immaculately clean home to enjoy with a larger group. We had two couples and two singles so this bedroom configuration was perfect for us.The neighborhood is quiet and the communication with the host was stellar. She created an amazing guidebook with everything you'd like to know about the area which was super helpful. This property is highly recommended for your home away from home during your Western Colorado adventures.

Of all similar places that I have stayed, this was by far the best experience. This was better in all respects, such as the kitchen supplies, the comfort of the house, the ease of access, the communication with the owner, the cleanliness of the house in the yard, And generally how the home made me feel at home. If given the chance I will stay at this property again.

We had the best stay! The house was located in the perfect spot! Cute neighborhood close to the freeway and airport access and all the things you need when you’re not at home. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could think of. Large driveway, large living and dining room with three bedrooms have everyone their own space but still a spot to gather. Backyard was also huge which was so nice at night when the temps dropped. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends!

Absolutely top notch comfort!

We have family in the area, and this was by far our best stay ever. The home is clean, spacious, well appointed, with comfortable beds. Our favorite part was the living room furniture— there is actually comfortable seating for everyone! Often we find rentals to have cheap inadequate furniture. And thank goodness for air conditioning and ceiling fans. We were so comfortable at night. We will be back!

We had an unexpected issue with the AC one evening, but what stood out most was Desiree‘s immediate responsiveness. She stayed in constant communication, had someone out first thing in the morning, and the AC was fixed before we returned to the house. She truly went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated her kindness, urgency, and genuine care for her guests.
