Wonderful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Bradenton Home! The pool was awesome! The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Great location and neighborhood, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect winter escape! Loved it!

Great Rental Property

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We love it! It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The heated pool and tropical lanai was awesome. The Hosts could not have been better! We hope to return next year!

Golf Getaway

We were 4 adult golfers for a long weekend of golf. The accommodations were awesome, clean, updated and the host was readily available. Pool and lanai were an added bonus even though the temperature outside was a bit cool. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay

Neighborhood is nice. House is modern. Pool is very nice. Dog run on the property was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and the expressways. House had all the conveniences of home- shampoo, kitchen supplies, plenty of towels.

Wonderful Property

The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and was always available. We stayed here through hurricane Milton and she made us feel safe. The home is clean and has anything you can possibly need. It is a beautiful home snd we loved our time here. It close to everything, and the beach is a short drive away. I recommend this property to anyone. It’s simply an oasis of peace and tranquility. With the bonus of the heated pool and gorgeous back lanai. :)

Soccer Showcase

We stayed here to attend a local soccer showcase for my daughter. The property was in great condition. Both the realtor and maintenance team were prompt and easy to work with. We had a minor issue with the thermostat which was resolved shortly after we identified it. The location was great and allowed us access to everything we wanted to see during our stay. A great trip in a very well run property.

We had a great time at this home! It slept 6 of us comfortably and we had more than enough room! The included 10-hr of heated pool was awesome too! The host was very quick in responses and addressed all of our questions and concern brought up. The house was full with dinnerware, cookware, nice refrigerator and bar top counter space along with a nice dining area. We took advantage of the nicely furnished pool patio, diner table and deck seating each day while we watch the patio TV. We had my wife and I plus 4 kids/adults between ages 16-21 and it was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and had a decent amount of businesses within 10 minutes of the house. The only thing I would say to address is the master bathroom soak tub needs updated (but we didn’t even use it) and the shower layout we hard to shower in due to its shallow depth layout and having the open concept plan with no door made us cold while showering but it wasn’t a huge deal and we did not even notify the owner because it wasn’t a big deal. I would also recommend new living room furniture that is more comfortable and useful for larger families, there was one couch and 2 chairs and if someone was laying on the couch the chairs were uncomfortable, but again it wasn’t a huge deal and we did not notify the owner. We would definitely stay here again and appreciated the owners quick response, very clean house, centrally location in a nice neighborhood which was 30-40 minutes from the beaches!

The only negative things we found was your security lights on the side of the house kept going on & off all night. No curtains in the bedrooms. Also, definitely needs a full length mirror!

Nice, clean, and safe home away from home!

Most important things about this property to me were the cleanliness, safe residential neighborhood, and for the most part it was pest free. Minor ants but you could tell they were trying to be controlled! For me, the only things that would have been appreciated were a little more of what I call TLC and a little more amenities provided but that wouldn’t stop me from renting again. What was suppose to be included was sparse such as paper towels, toilet paper, no shampoo as listed and 0 of what I expected for pantry items. Not even salt and pepper shakers. Could definitely use new beach towels. A gardener rather than lawn mowing service. I wanted to pull all the weeds out of the beautiful foliage and throw out the two almost dead poinsettias still in gold foil sitting around outside. That’s just me though- felt like a flip house. I would rather have that though than filth or pests. Check out instructions would have been great too as I don’t like to fall short of any expectation. Thank you for having us!

Spring break vaca

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabal Harbour. The beds were comfortable and the granddaughters loved the pool. We did some sightseeing in Sarasota and visited Anna Maria Island. It was a pleasant experience for everyone. Hope to return.

Great Spring Getaway!

We travelled from Maryland for Spring weekend for wife’s birthday, an Orioles game, and the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This property was fabulous and great for enjoying both areas. Comfort, lots of room. Room enough for up to eight, but six is probably the sweet spot. We can’t recommend highly enough!! You won’t go wrong!!

Family Wedding Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was spacious and clean. Great lanai and pool! Neighborhood very quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations with ample linens. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Gorgeous home !

We had a great family vacation . The owners of this property Kenia and William are great people anytime we had a question or needed anything they were always available to communicate with us . The house was super clean, very well maintained and updated . The pool was amazing the back yard was awesome had a lot of seating space. Cant go wrong with this property if you are planning a family trip . We will most definitely come back !

Loved this place

This house is really nice. It's got plenty of space, nice beds, great kitchen stocked with everything you'll need. The pool is lovely and we really enjoyed the outside space. The place was very clean and really comfortable, my only minor complaint would be the living room space doesn't have much for comfortable seating for more than a couple people. The property is close to grocery stores, Starbucks and Walmart. Communication was great. Overall was very happy and will definitely be back.

Loved this place!!

We absolutely loved this house. The inside had plenary of space, was comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect, the waterfall is a nice feature. The location was perfect, felt like we were close to many options for beaches, grocery store near by as well as fast food. If we had any questions the renter was very quick to get back to us!! We would highly recommend this rental!!!
