Amazing House and Location

Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores! The pool and hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking through Zion! Lots of local trails and off road areas close by! The views were amazing all around! Very clean and had all the linens/kitchen amenities needed for the week!

The house was so beautiful and clean! We needed the pool and hot tub after our long hikes!! Very comfortable and huge! Very attentive customer service. We even went to wine tasting on same road as thehouse and it was amazing too!

Perfect

This home was perfect for our group of 10. The home had everything we needed and sits on a beautiful property. Zion National Park is about 40 minutes away, and we also visited Quail Creek State Park which was only 10 minutes from the home. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for great views and fun under the sun! You won’t regret it!

House was in good shape and clean on arrival. There was some old gum stuck on the rug in living room. Besides that it was very clean. Family really enjoyed the stay. Spacious house which is nice for large families. Check in and check out process was very easy

Not worth the money

Pictures make this look amazing but this home is so dirty and well used. Adjacent to the home is a pile of junk, broken down cars, boat, UTV garbage. Pool was dirty, nor will it heat up. Yard needs a lot of care. Lights did not work in the “game room” .

Good Stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, location was fun. The kitchen was open and had accessories. Two laundry rooms made it convenient for cleaning. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. The boys loved the basketball hoop in the garage. Plenty of clean towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc. There were a few things that you need to be aware of. The pool curfew of 10pm was irritating. After spending the day hiking in Zions all we wanted to do was relax in the hot tub but the heater would turn off at 10pm. The hot tub temp was set at 101 it needed to be increased to 103 it started getting chilly. The website says occupancy is 20 (18 adults), that's false advertisement. to fit 18 adults you would have to sleep on blowup mattresses and couches with two occupants on all full size beds. They need to change the website to say 12 adults. The Master bedroom is nice but if you are filling the occupancy you have 6 persons sleeping in the Master. No privacy. Communication with the Host is nil. I could not figure out how to light the outdoor fire pit. The instructions do not mention anything about it. I sent a message via the app with no reply. I called the host number and was put into a 30 min queue. The only response we ever got back was the day we checked out "sorry it's been a busy week". Overall we enjoyed the house and had a good time.

Your home was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail are bar none. The kitchen was stocked perfect to make a big meal with friends. The house was clean and smelled really good. The only cons would be the driveway. If there is snow or ice it would be really sketchy. They were very attentive to everything we could need. We would absolutely book this house again.

Beautify Home for Family Games, Food, & Fun

The property is at the top of a hill with a beautiful view. We left the boat at the top of the driveway as the driveway is steep. The home is spacious with a well-designed main floor for optimum family comfort, food, and conversation. The kitchen was amazing to cook in as it is fully stocked with cooking pans, and kitchen tools. The main bedroom is amazing and big enough for a whole family to be together if you have a large group. The property manager was wonderful in replacing a missing pack and play at the home and making sure we were taken care of. Two reservoirs are nearby, and boating was so much fun, we loved the clear warm water, sand, surfing, tubing, and cliff jumping.

Great Family Spot

We greatly enjoyed this home and would rent again. The agency was very responsive to problems and immediately addressed them. The pool was a blessing and the proximity to various locations was advantageous.

Better than advertised

I would say the pictures don’t do it justice, I was very surprised to be as big and roomy for 10 guys as it was, we were very comfortable with sleeping arrangements and the overall lounging experience. Peaceful neighborhood with views that were spectacular.

Excellent Stay

Loved the property. The beds were comfortable. The appliances worked. For fourteen people, there was enough room for us to spread out and still enjoy each other's company. The property is a short drive from a lot of local state parks and Zion National Park which was nice for my family. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Vacasa. As a tenant that made a big difference. Traffic from the freeway is audible from the Master Bedroom. This might be an issue for light sleepers.

Large, comfortable property

Large home, conformable beds ample space and well stocked kitchen. Eclectic decorations, quiet neighborhood.. The not so great, I-15 road noise can be an issue for master bedroom and patio areas. Hotub heated to 101, never really gets warm. Cameras throughout the property feels intrusive.
