Such a beautiful, clean little place to stay! We visited with our 7- and 10-year-old, my husband, and my mother-in-law, and it was perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the cozy nook under the stairs with books and toys—it was such a thoughtful touch.The location is great: walking distance to the beach and a charming coffee shop, and only about a 15-minute drive to the main area of St. Augustine. We were in town celebrating my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed the tours and the Night of Lights.Overall, our stay was absolutely 5 stars. For families, I’d just recommend bringing your own coffee, sugar, and toiletries, as some items aren’t stocked (there is a coffee pot, but no coffee). That said, a quick trip to nearby Publix solved everything easily.We would definitely stay here again! The owner was also very responsive and lovely to work with!

Amazing stay in the best location. The toys and playhouse for the baby was great, and fresh flowers on arrival was a great touch. Would come back again and again.

Wonderful family weekend away! The place is perfectly located for a st aug trip - not only is the beach just a block away, but Ubers to the historic district are cheap and easy. Truly the best of both worlds! When we first arrived, an issue arose with the A/C (nothing that anyone can avoid!) and the owner was super responsive and there in minutes to resolve it. As someone for whom my environment plays a big role in my comfort (need for control - ALERT!), I found the space to be super accommodating. The bedroom upstairs with the balcony has a HUGE closet with ample shelving and hangars and is spacious enough to allow you to really spread out. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror somewhere, for the getting ready girlies while our trip was short enough to ensure not having washer/dryer access was no problem, had it been longer, additional beach towels would have been great! All in all, a prime spot at a stellar price. Would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Long weekend

The place was great! SUPER CLEAN!!!Short walk to the beach!There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Also had beach chairs and sand toys.Just wish it had a washer and dryer.

Great apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants. It was easy to get to the beach, however add an additional four or five minutes to the walk because of the walkway and wide stretch of sand. The owner promptly responded when we had a question about an umbrella when our beach tent imploded. Very nice property and we would visit again.

The host was fantastic. I had an issue after hours and the host responded quickly eventhough they were out of the country. The property is located across the street from public acess to the beach. Dining is in walking distance. Night life is less than 5miles away. Great property putting it as a favorite .

Father’s Day weekend

Every thing was easy place was clean and organized. Needed more blankets and paper towels and a washer and dryer would have been needed to reuse towels and what not if we had stayed any longer than we did. But overall great for short 2-4 day stays. Cozy and so close to the beach.
