Needed a little update . Bigger tv in bed room but all in all a good stay. Loved the view of the ocean.

Roach issues

Encountered a few bugs when daylight. But when light are out lots of roaches. Definitely have a bug problem.

Everything is under construction

Awwwwwesome views!!! 🏖

Took our 2yr old Grandson to beach for the first time and this unit had everything we needed for a quick getaway! No joke, the kitchen is a one butt kitchen 😆 but we prepared meals with no problem. Will stay again, thanks for hosting us!

There was constant construction on the 11th floor. The pool is not heated so it’s super cold and not enjoyable. I had no interactions with the workers except for checking in and the woman was extremely rude. Otherwise, the property was nice and I enjoyed my stay

Vacation stay

The condo was nice and for the majority, clean. I would seriously suggest looking into your cleaning crew. I really enjoyed the security, but had to buy an armband (HOA) required, but I did not see one person wearing theirs. So whats the purpose behind that expense? The code entry was nice, but the code was long to remember. Of course, this is my observation and maybe you guys can improve.

Construction Construction and more Construction

Terrible! Couldn’t acess my balcony due to the scaffolding . My door code and the gate code didn’t work consistently and as a result I had to call repeatedly to get in my room or the gate . This was very frustrating and the worst beach stay ever.

Nice stay, balcony under construction

The place was a over all nice stay except for the balcony, i had no idea the balcony would be under construction along with half the hotel. I called vacasta and lady said if i was sweet she would contact the owner and property to see what could be done about this. No response back. Was highly upset about that. The tv in the bedroom also did not work.

Bad Listing

We arrived and the balcony was closed due to renovations and the pools were closed. There was no word of this on VrBo. At all. Half of the wall was painted. No curtains in the bedroom and over all just tiny. I would not recommend this to anyone as it sits. Luckily, Vacasa manager took care of us and got us moved to a much nicer condominium. Hats off to Andrew with Vacasa for fixing us up and getting us out of that condo.

Great location!

If you’re looking for a fancy condo this isn’t it, but it’s cute and cozy and clean! If you’re in the west, the walk to the beach is quite a bit longer. All 3 pools were currently out of service, which I didn’t notice in the listing at first but when I went back and looked it was there but not in a obvious place! The security was in their game, maybe a little too much. When we arrived we had friends that were staying in another place and they came to our place first to unload some things out of their car and when they were walking out to leave the security guard and lady at the desk literally chased us down in the parking lot. It was a little extra. There was nothing to bad that would make me not want to stay again!

Dissatisfied

Was not on website that unit was under construction. Balcony was blocked. No curtains or shades, other units could look in. Trash had not been emptied, floors had not been vacuumed. Broken furniture. Contact with property manager was not helpful in trying to move to another unit. Had traveled to train for upcoming Ironman triathlon and ended up not staying and going home because of conditions. Property management said they would look into reimbursement and we never heard back. Money and time wasted. Will not recommend staying to any triathletes coming to Panama City Beach.
