Conveniently located less than 20 feet from the beach, this is truly every beachgoer's paradise. Pack your sunscreen and beach towel and sunbathe to your heart's content. As soon as you visit the beach, you'll know why Panama City Beach is one of Florida’s most popular resort towns. Downtown Panama City Beach is six miles down the road featuring popular restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and so much more! Outdoor enthusiasts will be able to try out a variety of water sports such as sport fishing, boating, surfing, jet skiing, and more. Less than one mile away is Pier Park, one of Florida's most popular shopping centers. One mile away is the charming Miracle Strip Amusement Park, a small amusement park with vintage rides.

It was just my husband and I and it was great!! Weather amazing and didn't rain until the last evening! Pool was nice and clean hardly anyone there at the pool ! Easy walk to the beach! We even walked to pier park for dinner and shopping

Great stay!

Love the location, across from the beach…walk to Pier Park. Balcony on the back overlooking the pond is nice and quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the bed was comfy.

There was some confusion at check in because I did not realize there were 2 complexes one beach side and one across the road. But my text messages were answered quickly.

No Tv. Firestick was missing and could not be replaced in time.

Very reasonable rate but property was run down and much of the furniture was in bad condition. There was also smoke smell in a non smoking rental.

Dirty sofa bed sheets

Sofa bed sheets were very dirty and you can tell they were not change in a very long time. I wish i can upload the pictures i took. Reported this same day and it was take care until next day. Very disappointed.

Unexpected ....

The condo was nice, but not equipped with all that we needed. Soap for the dishes and hands were not supplied. Not one cleaning product to clean anything, just 1 sponge and 1 garbage bag. For the time that we were there we were not anticipating spending money on these items and then what were we to do with them after we left. Can't take them on the plane home. There were several dishes and pans that were put away dirty as well.

Change your management service

We stay for the Jazz Festival. Love the location..! The bathroom smelled like piss. Please have the cleaning crew use some bleach on the floor. It was really bad. The coffee maker was pot-less. We had to use a spoon to hold the drip plunger to drain. Sort of funny bit a pain in the ass for five days. We washed all silverware prior to use. Did not appear to have been done. Thermostat battery flashing low..........Other than that, we loved it.

Perfect

Beautifully remodeled. Can see the door from the pool, great for kids coming and going to pool. My teen loves to fish, I could stand in the kitchen or at washer and dryer and be able to watch him out the back patio.

Good for families

We stayed here with our 9 and 11 year old son. Pros: Clean Close to beach Budget friendly Nice and comfortable Air conditioning was so good Cons Sliding glass door heavy and off track hard to open and close No wifi. Code given didn’t work and additional information given didn’t work. No communication from Vacasa. I would stay here again. It’s a nice condo and looks Exactly as pictured.
