Overall, the size, cleanliness, and amenities of the unit were as expected. The kitchen was well-stocked. Unless you pay extra for upgraded internet, the internet is just OK. I wish there were smart TVs in the room. Also, the TVs' connection was very choppy and pixilated at times. The common areas were clean. The outside recreation areas were nice and there was plenty of parking in the garage. Check-in was a nightmare that took forever. There are 4 elevators for the entire building and the unloading area is very small. Once I got to the actual desk it was fine. We like to cook, and we cooked at least two meals in the unit every day. It was extremely annoying that every smoke alarm in the unit went off every time we opened the oven due to the hot air. The entry to the unit is in the bedroom, and we were constantly awoken due to noise in the hallway. For example: we were around the corner and down the hall from the elevator but could still hear everyone get on and off due to the large gap all around the door. The HVAC unit in the bedroom closet leaked twice when we were gone soaking half the bedroom carpet. It was never really fixed just dried out. I would not have expected this to occur twice in just a few days. It would be nice if there were a bar or snack vendor in the outside common area downstairs beyond just shaved ice. Overall, I think the stay was generally worth the money. I am genuinely unsure if we would stay again, but I am not against it.
