Estimado Nelson: Le agradecemos su comentario y valoración pues gracias a ello intentamos sacar la parte positiva y mejorar día a día. La cortina de ducha fue momentánea mientras se ponía una mampara nueva. En cuanto al agua caliente hemos estado probando y funciona perfectamente. Es verdad que en invierno ponemos la sábana bajera y el nórdico (con su funda) directamente pues creemos que es mucho más cómodo y confortable. Muchas gracias de nuevo y esperamos volver a verles pronto.

Although, if we had this knowledge we had been pleased to attend you during your staying, if you had any problem,we didn't have any calling or email to notificate it us. In other hand, we have check the signal of our Wi-Fi, the signal is fine and works fastly, we haven't seen any anomaly. Maybe, this situation was punctual in your stay. Finally, we regret to our beds seems hard for you. They are totally new, they were bought in 2017. We chose them for its quality. In any case, we understand that it is not possible that this situation pleases to everyone. Do not hesitate that we'll try to improve our services. Thank you very much for your review. We're a bit surprised to read about the A/C as it's always checked before a customer enters and we haven't had any notice of it throughout your stay. We're at our customers disposal during for anything they need during their , as is indicated in the checkins, and we would have been pleased to go and check the machines again in case you had informed us you though there was a problem with them. About bed, I'm sorry to read you didn't think it was comfortable; it was renewed less than a year ago with a quality mattress altough I understand that beds are something subjective and cannot be of everyone taste. Now you mention that the shower head was broken but I'm sorry to tell you that's not true. The shower doesn’t have any problem and it never has, it works perfectly. What has especially attracted our attention is your constant impetus to ask for economic amounts and even warn us that you would wait to write a good or bad review (it is in writing) depending on whether or not we refunded you money. A real experience for us.

Sobre o aquecedor ESTOU um pouco Confuso como o apartamento possuem de ar-condicionado e aquecimento e temos não recebeu qualquer reclamação sobre outros clientes se hospedar antes e depois, mas naturalmente, após ler suas palavras, enviaremos um Técnico para testá-lo.
