Good little condo

Good little condo for a short trip. The condo was pretty well stocked. You can’t get any closer to a lift. Communication was good with the host. They typically responded within 12 hours of messaging. The bad with being so close to the lift and base area was the noise of the snow cat early in the morning and the music from Jose Mexican restaurant in the afternoon. Thankfully the music didn’t last that late into the evening.

Great spring skiing

Can’t ask for a better location. You’ll never stay closer to a ski lift anywhere. Super convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect right at the CB base area close to lifts and condo very nice. Large fridge/oven, microwave.

Cozy Slope-side Condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. Roger was so helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. You can’t beat being steps away from the lift. The hot tub is also amazing!

The deck was our favorite spot!

This is a terrific 1 bedroom unit located right next to the Silver Queen lift with fantastic views of Mt Crested Butte. In the mornings we did our outdoor activities and the afternoons were spent relaxing on the deck watching the activities in the base area. Perfect place for some R&R!

Location, location, location!

This unit was the closest I have ever been to the ski lifts! Great location to the lifts and action after skiing. The unit is a little small but great for couples. The only challenge was getting to the unit from the parking lot. It might be useful to include a map showing the best route to access the front door from the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Best ski-in ski-out location at the Base of Crested Butte

You really can’t find a better location than this. The balcony looks directly at the two main lifts, making it easy to come and go all day while you ski. You are steps away from the slopes, restaurants, shops and the bus stop, making anything you want to do easy. The host was quick to answer questions and the check in process was super easy. Bed is comfy, smart TVs in both rooms are easy to use, really no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone!

Can’t get any closer to lifts

Three adult males stayed comfortably. Best ski in ski out on the slopes. Walk down the stairs, clip in and get on the lift, it’s that close, Property owner was very responsive and the property is exactly as listed.

Great location!!

We absolutely loved the condo! It’s the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t ski but it couldn’t be more perfect for skiers. The bed is really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. They could maybe add a pizza cutter. It’s a bit of a hike to get your luggage and groceries through the snow and up the stairs but the view is worth it.

40 ft. from the lift. Ski in-out doesn't get much better. Parking can be a bit challenging during busy times.

Back at The Butte

We have stayed at The Axtel units for over 5 years. The local can’t be beat! Unit 317 was perfect for us. Just walk out the door and hop on the lift in the am. In the pm catch the bus into town for dinner or shopping We’ll definitely be back next year. Thank you Rodger !!

Mostly really good. Access to unit could certainly be improved. Only real problem was the noise all night from snow cats constantly going by right outside the unit

Ski Trip

My wife and I stayed a weekend to ski and the property is as advertised, walked a few steps to the lift, literally could not be more convenient. Owner very responsive. You will park then carry luggage up a flight of stairs, around the building on the snow, then up another flight of stairs. Absolutely no problem for us, just be prepared for that. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay for those who are active. The condo is located right off the ski lift and also a great location for downhill mountain biking in the summer. Nice large porch with views of Mount crested Butte and all the action! Restaurants and outdoor bar, shops just around the corner. The condo is small, perfect for two. There is no elevator only stairs to second floor. The parking lot for your vehicle is on the other side of the building. There is a bit of a steep incline in parking lot to get to condo. The only downfall is the cleaning crew did not clean off porch furniture, and the sheets on the bed looked used when we arrived. The owner who lives up stairs has a dog that they let on the porch above and sometimes can have an accident.

This place cannot be closer...in the summer, great access to the mountain and summer concerts off your deck. In the winter, super easy to put your skis on and the lift is right in front of the steps. Location, location, location for sure!
