Ca' Beccarie 1, elegant and modern apartment in sestiere San Polo.



Beautiful apartment with balcony, on the second floor of a building with no elevator.

This lovely accommodation, consists of a living room furnished with double sofa bed, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and kettle. This is followed by two charming bedrooms,one of which has a balcony,both with a comfortable queen-size bed each. Finally, a functional bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout.



The building does not have an elevator.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

Great location!!!!!

This is a quaint apartment directly next to the famous fish markets, which made it easy for my husband to go down by fresh fish in the morning for the day. The location itself is right next to the Rialto Bridge and centrally located to all neighs in Venice. Also right by the water and has a very cute balcony, which is rare. Highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Venice. Everything was effortless.

Molto Bello Venezia!

My friends and I loved the style of the property and it’s location. It was clean, tidy and had easy walking, water taxi or gondola access to pretty much everything Venice has to offer. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting the Venezia experience.

Beautiful Space next to Everything

We were thrilled with the location and it was exactly as pictured. It’s a beautiful space! We were close to the Grand canal and Rialto Bridge and just next door to a market. Our host was very communicative. We had an issue with the mini split when we first got there but they worked to get someone out to fix it as soon as they could. We would rent this place again and would recommend!

Very Convenient location

Great location and very comfy beds but there was absolutely nothing at all in the apartment in way of tea, coffee, S&P oil, vinegar etc. When one stays in an apartment for a few days instead of a hotel it’s nice to have a few small things in the pantry. There was no tea towel and not enough toilet paper for 3 days. That was disappointing!

ideal location, quaint stay

location was great, walking distance to everything, as it is in Venice. The description to the apartment was accurate, just follow the directions in the provided file. Washing machine location just outside the apartment door, no dryer, but drying racks provided. Pictures are accurate. Beds were too soft to our liking, but pullout couch was fine. Loved that we could open the windows and see the square or canals below. Did not have an issue with the fish market smell in the morning, but we loved walking to it. Trash and recycle a bit of a walks away but on the way to the waterbus station.

Excellent Venice Location

Our stay at San Polo apartment was wonderful and in a great location by the Rialto Bridge, shops and the market. The apartment was large and clean and very comfortable.

Tolle Lage in einem schönen Viertel von Venedig

Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat und der kleine Platz vor dem Fischmarkt ist sehr sympathisch. Unweit der Rialto-Brücke sind die Preise wieder auf einem fast normalen Niveau und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Gegend. Wir waren 2 Paare und beide Schlafzimmer hatten einen ausreichende Größe. Die Betten sind leider nicht sonderlich bequem - neue Matrazen und Lattenroste wären hilfreich! Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht und Töpfe und Pfannen gibt es zur Genüge, allerdings fehlt ein Brett und ordentliche Arbeitsmesser. Nachdem wir fehlende Weingläser reklamiert hatten, wurden von der Agentur am nächsten Tag genügend geliefert. Alles in allem kann man das Appartement empfehlen.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. I was slightly nervous about all of the instructions for checking in, key exchange and trash disposal, but it was smooth and communication with the host was responsive and easy. Convenient area.

Nice stay in a popular part of Venice

Our family enjoyed our time in this property. There are a few minor repairs that need to be made, but nothing substantial. The apartment is well located, though next to a busy fish market that opens before dawn and brings with it all the sights and smells one might expect. Overall we had a great time exploring this magical city on the water.

Schöne Wohnung in bekannt schöner Lage, kleine Mängel aber nicht erwähnenswert.Küchenausstattung praktisch aber leider beschichtete Pfannen in denen jeder herumkratzt! Also nicht wirklich nutzbar. Nun!die wenigsten Besucher werden kochen wollen.Gesamt gesehen stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Modernes, gepflegtes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Man darf sich durch das Treppenhaus nicht irritieren lassen, sobald man die Tür im zweiten Stock öffnet, erwartet einen ein modernes, gepflegtes Appartement, das den Bildern im Internet entspricht. Wir (Familie mit 5 Personen) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Klimaanlage und das Tageslichtbad. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass wir nie durch Lärm gestört wurden. Das Appartement ist natürlich sehr zentral und bis 23 Uhr ist der Campo auch belebt, aber danach wird es sehr schnell ruhiger. Auch durch den Fischmarkt wurden wir nie gestört. Die Lage ist optimal, um alle Stadtteile zu Fuß zu erreichen. Somit ist man auch nicht auf die überfüllten Vaporetti angewiesen. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderbare Läden (insbesondere die Formaggeria am Rialto!!!) in denen man sich auch selbst versorgen kann. Noch herauszustellen ist der fantastische Service des Faville Teams, das bei allen Fragen schnell und professionell geantwortet hat. Kurz gesagt, die ideale Unterkunft, um Venedig zu entdecken.
