We loved the proximity to everything and the amazing views the home provides. We came during Christmas and there was even lit tree in the living room!

The house is quaint and beautiful. The view of the park with the fall colors was spectacular and the neighborhood is very charming. The rooms are small but very comfortable, the downstairs bedroom was very open and spacious. Perfect setting for our stay. We had everything we needed.

We loved staying at Dianna’s place! The booking process was quick and easy. Access was very straightforward. The house is lovely, and Dianna has thought of every detail. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood each evening, admiring the character homes. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and a great location

My kids and I had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July! This house was so beautiful and the location was perfect for my kids which has a large and lovely park / playground within walking distance. I hope to stay here again soon!

Wonderful Property

This location was perfect for our stay. The welcoming neighborhood and beauty of the park made this one extra special. We had a volleyball tournament and the location was easy to get to and from downtown, airport, etc. Highly recommend this house.

One of my favorite places to stay

I've stayed at Dianna's properties throughout the years and they never disappoint. She's a great host! If you want to get away with your spouse or gal pals I recommend one of her South Hill residences. Lovely locale and convenient to everything. Looking forward to my next trip to Spokane!

Catching up with friends

Wanted to have a quick get together with two friends. We go back almost 50 years, so I wanted to make our visit special. I found this beautiful old craftsman home and knew right away this was the place to stay. Our host was quick to answer any questions, and arranged for me to get in early so I could put out flowers in each of their rooms, and set out snacks. The house was as beautiful inside as it is outside. The whole house was clean and so cool, with the outside being so hot. We had such a nice stay and I’d love to go back for a longer stay.

Beautiful house, 2 bedrooms 1st floor, 2 in the lower level (finished basement) full bath on both floors. Great communication with the owners.

Will stay here again.

Across from the park is a big plus esp. if you have young ones and like to walk. Front room is perfect gathering spot for family. 4 Bedrooms, downstairs ones are quiet while activity can happen on first floor. Lots of extras you may needs: lotion, extra towels, lots of dishes and more. Big dining room. Hosts answered all our questions. Great spot.

Location awesome, peaceful neighborhood! Unfortunately the house cleaning company is doing a less than satisfying job. Home could use a detailed cleaning.

Comfy, convenient and family friendly

This was a WONDERFUL stay. The hosts made check in so easy, allowed us to come early to allow my 2year old son to nap, and provided kid friendly cutlery and dishes along w the high chair and pack-n-play. The house was clean, quiet and stocked well for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and cozy. The location was so convent to downtown and the park. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.
