完璧なカントリーハウスを数年にわたって検索した結果、最近「ラベンダーレイクエステート」を購入しました。

私たちは大家族のために特別なものを探していました。 写真は財産の正義を行うものではありません。

CTの北西の丘に囲まれたこの家は、居心地の良い環境でプライバシーを維持しながら、モダンな生活の快適さをすべて提供します。

2001年に元の所有者によって建てられたこの壮大な現代的な家には、露出した梁のある天井、開放的で風通しの良いインテリア、豪華な丘の中腹の景色と透き通った水泳池を取り入れる大きな窓があります。

家に入ると、高さ20フィートの天井がある快適でゆったりとしたサイズのリビングルームが迎えられます。
オープンレイアウトキッチンとダイニングルームをお楽しみください。カウンター席、飲料冷蔵庫、製氷機、その他必要な器具を備えた新しく改装されたキッチンとともに、快適に12席を確保できる埋め立ての農家のダイニングテーブルを備えています

キッチンを出ると、75フィートのサムスンテレビ、卓球台、豆袋、ボードゲームを備えた高さ16フィートの木製梁天井の別のリビングルームがあり、それを待ちます...巨大なトランポリンとバスケットボールのフープ！

もともとは子供用のプレイルームになることを目的としていたため、天井の高さをすぐに活用して、あらゆる年齢層のたまり場にしました。

リビングルームとファミリールームに加えて、他の一般的なスペースは2階のシッティングエリアと小さな子供用のプレイスペースと大きな子供用のビリヤード台、さらに65インチのサムスンTVがあります。

ただし、家の外に出たら、160フィートの自然な水泳の池を備えた真にユニークな1の種類のプロパティを入力します！

人工の池には水が流れており、池をあまりに面倒にする典型的な沼地/沼地の影響を避けて流れます。 ストリームのおかげで、蚊、藻類、池のスカムは一切ありません！
池はもちろん水泳に最適で、3つのカヤック、SUP（スタンドアップパドルボード）、ドック、その他の楽しい水泳用具が備わっています。

家にはまた、主にプールが覆われている冬の月のために、温水ジャグジースパが付いたカスタムビルドのGunite温水プールがあります。

もちろん、水遊びをするのにうんざりしているときは、10エーカーの広大なハイキングトレイルで他の場所を探索できます!!

Wonderful family retreat

Great vacation house for families with children, plenty of space and wonderful indoor amenities, including a trampoline, ping pong table, pool table and toys for children. Nice swimming pool and outdoor eating area.

Lavender Lake Est.

My family and l had a wonderful time and made so many incredible memories- there was so much to do for all three generations that were there. The pool was incredibly warm, the seating and bedrooms accommodated all of us, and the kids enjoyed the trampoline, pond, and all of the toys. The check in email was so thorough and made check in a breeze. It was a true pleasure staying with you!

2023 Making Memories trip

We had a fabulous time! Each year my mom hosts a making memories trip for her kids and grand kids. The house was fabulous...pool was well used and the grounds great. we set up a pickle ball net on the driveway. Plenty of room and the key was 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Made tons of memories - Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property

Our family reunion, consisting of grandparents, parents and children stayed at this property in July, 2024. This home is lovely with spacious bedrooms, plenty of linen and towels, and 2 fabulous play areas. One play area had an enormous trampoline, which was a favorite of children (and their parents and one grandparent :). The ping pong table was well used as well as the Duplo, soft foam blocks, bowling toy and many, many other toys. The downstairs play area had an elaborate train set, a play kitchen and a play tool set. Our grandchildren spent many happy hours between the 2 play areas. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators (one very large and one under the counter), and good appliances. There is a wonderful pool with a wide variety of floaty toys. During the first few days there were a few minor issues that arose. The owners were VERY quick to respond and work through them. I must mention that although the temperature was quite hot and humid the week we were there, the house was extremely cool and comfortable with thermostats on each level. We saw a family of deer several times during our stay. I highly recommend this lovely property!

Amazing house, perfect for a group anysize

Wow, we had so much fun at this house we barely left! We went in the winter for an annual boys trip of cooking and playing games and we could not have picked a better place. The kitchen and living room space allowed for everyone to be included no matter what was going on and the bonus room with indoor trampoline was very practical. Playing games and watching tv was easy from any room. The pool table downstairs was great to have and the grill and property were great even in the cold weather. Thank you for an amazing stay and vacation!

Just What We Needed!!

Let me start by saying our stay at Ori's home was nothing short of Amazing!! When we walk in we were surprised at how much better the house was in person than on line and online looks great! This was our first Christmas together without our mom, so we really needed this! We as a family wanted to spend sometime laughing and enjoying each other in a fun yet peaceful atmosphere. That is what this house gave us. The "big" and little kids enjoyed both game rooms, especially the trampoline!! The amenities, the open floor plan and big rooms were perfect!! Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. I want to say Thank You Ori and Soli on behalf of My Entire Family!! You Blessed Us this Christmas! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 We will be back to take a dip in the pool and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space you have!!

Amazing amazing house and host

We had thanksgiving here and it couldn't have been better. We were 9 adults and 7 kids! Which is A LOT, but the house and property is huge and is so well laid out. There was a bathroom for every bedroom which was awesome with so many families. There are 2 huge playrooms, with one of them having a full sized trampoline! It is a kids dream house. And the kitchen, fireplace, dining and living areas are perfect for adults. Ori, the host, was also super responsive, helpful and accommodating leading up to us staying and then whilst we were there. At one point there was limited hot water and he had someone over to fix it asap. There were also a few items that we needed for the kitchen and he offered to reimburse us for anything we purchased. I would highly recommend staying here (if you can book it! as i'm sure it's going be in high demand!).
