But only minutes from great breweries, bontiques, parks, and restaurants. Less than 7 miles from Virgin Falls State park. Centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. There are security cameras at the property.

Great Cottage on Bon Air Mountain

Great house and host for our stay on Bon Air Mountain. Great experience with my dad visiting the parks, rivers, and waterfalls.

Wonderful Second Time Stay

Aunt B's was fully set up for the 4 of us, immaculate & comfortable. From Bon Air, we traveled into town, into the country and to Casa Marina Mexican Restaurant. Cyndee made sure we would be comfortable with snacks, soap, shampoo but mostly with the homey ambiance of this vacation spt.

Wide open

We booked this house as we where in town for our teenaged daughter’s travel softball tournament! The house is beautiful inside and out with lots of room for kids to play covered patio for parents also with a fire pit and nice lights above it! The house is very clean and was stocked with all you need!! We will book again when we are in the area!

The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They are considerate and put a lot of thought and consideration in their property, evident by the snacks, the water, the clean space, board games, and the beautiful atmosphere. My elderly parents were with me and were so impressed with the property, 100 times better than any hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cookeville next time, thank you for a safe and welcoming stay.

I have a wonderful husband of over 20 years. I never traveled until I met my husband in 95'. Since then we have had so many great vacations together and I'm always looking for our next adventure.

Aunt B's Cottage is a cozy and quaint rural home. If you enjoy peace and quiet, this is your spot. Yet it is close to 3 major cities in Tennessee. Also, only 2 1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If you are looking for a centrally located home welcome to the cottage. It is 1 1/2 hours from Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The cottage is surrounded by more than 5 State Parks. Virgin Falls State Park is only 6 miles from the cottage. The cottage is minutes from Center Hill Lake for all your water sports or simply enjoying a boat ride. Yes, there is room for your boat and trailer. The cottage is 30 minutes from Rock Island State Park for all the kayaking you could dream of.
