Great multi-generational family vacation

Great property, very clean, modern amenities, fantastic views of the ocean/sunsets/etc. The property manager was very prompt with all communications before/during/after our stay.

Mauna Kea

Host was very helpful and helped me with resort registration. Having access to both the Westin and Mauna Kea resorts was great for the non divers in my group. Great location for exploring the North End of the Island. Great views from the pool/backyard. House was very comfortable with a great open concept.

Great Home / Location

Great home on the MK property. Super view out to the ocean and great Lanai. Very comfortable for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Well-appointed, had everything we needed.

Fantastic house

We could not have asked for a better house to spend our week at Mauna Kea. Beautiful home close to the two hotel properties beaches restaurants etc…. We will return for sure!

Amazing Stay

The house is amazing and the perfect location for a relaxing getaway! The sunset view, pool and accommodations were perfect for a week in the sun with family. The house was very clean and loaded with essentials to make one feel right at home. Donna is extremely communicative and was there for every question we had. Could not have asked for a better week!

We just concluded our 10-day stay here, and really: it would be hard to envision a nicer property. The amenities… the views… the location… the condition & cleanliness of the villa… Donna’s helpfulness (smile)… the works! We are already looking forward to a return visit, which we hope will be soon. easy location

villa was clean and easy for all to use. it was supplied well. never used the TV's so not sure how they were. I would stay here again. The access to the 2 resorts made it nice.

Excellent property

This property is fantastic. The house is perfectly laid out for a family or multiple couples and is so well appointed. The kitchen is amazing to cook in and has everything you need. The views are stunning and the pool is perfectly sized to cool off in on a hot day. We would 100% stay again. Donna, the property manager, is also super easy to deal with and a great communicator.

Big Island Vacation 2021

This is our first experience with VRBO and this property far exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were massive, the open floor plan living space/kitchen was perfect for entertaining, and the entire house was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and appliances. Having our own private pool and hot tub in the backyard was the best part. Look forward to staying here again!

We reserved the house for our immediate family, as we came to celebrate a wedding. It was a great size, location, and kitchen for lots of cooking. Loved it and highly recommend.

Amazing views!

Our stay was amazing! The house was just as we expected and the views were incredible, especially the sunsets. We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed and having access to the Mauna Kea was great. And Donna was incredible! She helped with our last minute check in and always responded to text messages right away. We had a couple small maintenance issues but they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

The reviews are true folks - Donna’s so great. My dad is having his hip replaced next month so the hot tub was a major necessity for our group. I couldn’t get the hot tub to get hot one day and contacted Donna and she worked some voodoo magic and got the folks to come by and check it out on a weekend! This is just one example of above and beyond. Thank you, Donna for a wonderful stay :)

Mauna Kea

Long time guests of the Mauna Kea, but have never rented a home on the property. Was very pleased with the ease of booking, the overall condition of the home, it's location and its amenities. We'll be back. Only problems were a BBQ not functioning properly and old window blinds not suitable for a rental. These items were not significant enough to deter from the overall wonderful experience.

Beautiful Big Island Villa

The experience left nothing to be desired. From the moment we landed on the Big Island our property manager, Donna, was in contact with us and available throughout our stay. Donna was a pleasure to work with! There were ample supplies for our party of 8 including toiletries, towels, cookware, utensils, etc...the list goes on and on! The pictures don't lie! This villa is gorgeous! We added the resort access to our package and utilized the Westin and Mauna Kea beaches many times. The next time we visit the Big Island we will be sure to stay here again.
