Loved the property, everything we needed was there. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we ate out every day but noted it is well equipped out if we had decided to cook. Location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check in was easy, no issues. Any other residents we met were friendly. Would certainly book again if available.

Listing is inaccurate— don’t get fooled like we did! There are 2 showers and 2 toilets in total, not 2 showers and 4 toilets as the listing depicts The dryer wasn’t available during our stay. A previous review mentioned it wasn’t working so I’d expect the owner to get it fixed in the meantime but the property manager just told us it’s not working and there was a sign on machine saying this as well Pros are the locations for sure. Just blocks away from the beach and public transportation stops/stations

Unable to pay for stay in advance

Property really good we had tried to pay in advance but were told we would pay on site when we arrive we tried 3 different cards all were declined when we were told to use bank across the road our cards worked with no pproblem

Great apartment

We were a group of five visiting Nice for the first time. The apartment was perfect for us with plenty of space and decent amenities and furnishings. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The location is excellent. The Promenade and beach are a very short walk away. A very close grocery store made picking up supplies easy and convenient. Train station and Old Town are within walking distance. Overall a great stay and a great apartment. We all enjoyed it very much! Note: The room with an attached bathroom has two twin beds together, not a king/queen.

Good stay overall

Overall good stay and reasonable given the price, only complaint is that the beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable we’ve encountered on our travels. The pillows are just clustered lumps of cotton that make them nearly impossible to sleep on. Dryer was also broken during our stay. The location and property itself otherwise are good. Two bedrooms are great, one is in an attic that is difficult to reach.

Great location, not great host

The apartment is in a convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, promenade, many restaurants, and the central train station. It was clean, but the beds were quite hard and one bedroom is up a narrow winding staircase. The property manager was not responsive at all before and during the trip. We had to buy our own toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and bin bags, and there was an ironing board with no iron. Overall, we made it work but I’d rather not stay again.

Nice stay in Nice

The apartment was in a nice older building. The location was very good and the apartment itself was updated and spacious, although the third bedroom, with no attached bathroom and up a narrow spiral staircase, was a bit inconvenient, but manageable. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Good value for the price.

Great Family Apartment

The property was conveniently located in the center of Nice. The neighborhood was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping opportunities, the beach and old Nice. The apartment building was quiet, the local neighbors were nice, and there was enough room for our family of five to spread out and not rub elbows.

Amazing property right in the heart of NICE

Amazing property, very spacious, full airconditioned. Lovely balcony to enjoy your morning Tea or evening wine. Walking distance from all the high street restaurants & shops. Sleeps 6 very comfortably.

Very enjoyable stay on the French Riviera

Quiet building. Location convenient to everything (Promenade, grocery, boulangerie). Plenty of room, good AC, plenty of towels (could have used extra pillows). Made use of the wash machine but the dryer was not working (repair sign taped to dryer). Used the nearby laundromat (a few doors down) to dry clothes. Large TV (a few channels in English were available). I would stay here again.

Excellent place

Pros:. Clean, spacious, lovely building, well appointed, great location for nearby restaurants and walking access to everything in Nice, including train station, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Cons:. 3rd bedroom access is up a narrow and precarious spiral staircase with no bathroom up there, 1 full bath is split with a toilet and sink off the main hall and a tub/shower and sink next to a bedroom (a little awkward but doable), water heater leaked badly, the combo washer/dryer also leaked, check in process required waiting on the street without wifi or cell service and without specific instructions, agent never responded to questions emailed prior to day of reservation. The pros far outweighed the cons and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Large Apartment, Great Location

This apartment was a perfect size for our group of six adults and in a great central location to walk to the Promenade des Anglaise and shops/restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor and we were very glad the building had a small elevator. I docked a star due to two reasons: first, the apartment had no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, no basic essentials. We had to purchase our own from a nearby store. The apartment has a washer and dryer, which is great, but bring your own laundry soap. There is a k-cup machine in the kitchen, but again no coffee pods. Second, communication with the property management company was very slow. They only respond via Whatsapp, not VRBO messages, and poor communication related to check-in resulted in us being told we could check in early (before noon), but then waiting over 3 hours for the host to show up around 3:15pm. I wish the communication would have been more consistent. Again, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, but the lack of basic toiletries and poor communication are why I did not rate this apartment 5 stars.

Jade’s place is a perfect location in Nice! Walking distance to beach and old Nice. Lots of shops and markets nearby. Jade was very flexible in allowing us to drop off our luggage early when we arrived. It’s a beautiful spot and the apartment met all our needs. The third (upper) bedroom is up a winding staircase-not for oldervery young!
