Perfect mountain retreat

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts checked in to make sure everything was ok, and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The views were absolutely AMAZING. We felt like we were in a huge treehouse, looking over the treetops. We enjoyed watching an elk rest beneath the deck with a few mule deer. We would definitely return to this beautiful, private property.

Our family just spent a wonderful three days at this beautiful unit. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the Sierra Blanca Peak. The wraparound porch provided wonderful space for us to enjoy our meals in the evening and playing games in the early afternoon. The unit itself was sparkling clean the kitchen was well stocked the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with you and look forward to joining you again in the near future.

The cabin was in very good condition with no problems to spacing, amenities or beds. It was cleaned nicely upon arrival as well. No outstanding issues during the stay. If anything would be brought up, lighting inside could get a bit dim but that was not a personal problem for myself. A perfect stay!

Solitude with a View

Great location on top of the hill, which allows for great views. Very short drive to shopping and other attractions of Ruidoso. Really not much to add to what is already posted, i.e. great communication, homey, comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen essentials, etc. Would definitely stay here again on any future trip to the area.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Our family of four enjoyed our long weekend here. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. The house had several seating options in the living room which made it nice to enjoy games or watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch drinking our coffee and taking in the views!

Outstanding Home and Super Hosts

We stayed for a week in this beautiful home. It was our second stay and this is now our favorite home-away-from-home. Jim and Michele are truly Super Hosts who catered to our every request. The communication from them at every step of the booking process and during our stay was phenomenal. We will be back!

IT HAS MOUNTAIN VIEWS! This property is perfect for your mountain getaway in Ruidoso! Five minutes from Ruidoso downtown shopping, where you park, stroll shop to shop and dine at one of dozens of eateries, Ruidoso is well known for its shopping! Ski Apache is a short drive away, Ruidoso own ski resort. Ski in the winter, hike and bike in the summer at Ski Apache, they have a great downhill mountain bike trail. The gondola runs year round. Ski Apache also has the highest zipline in North America. Lots to do here, and this cabin is close to it all!
