The apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in the neighbourhood of Alfama, its foundations date back to the twelfth century. It was partially destroyed by the 1755 earthquake and later was rebuilt by the Count of Arcos, viceroy of Brazil, to its housing in the eighteenth century. This is a unique opportunity of staying in a charming apartment, refurbished in 2013 , in a building that is part of the history of Lisbon, Portugal and Brazil.
