Classic, peaceful, tropical house with stunning grounds. Amazing mini resort with 3 exclusive outside levels. Upper level has refreshing salt water pool, outside BBQ/bar with refrigerator & sink, waterfall, fountain & fire pit. Serene middle level has Mexican style picnic table with umbrella. Lower level is a sports haven of private paddle tennis, pickleball & basketball court. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living with patio, exclusive garden for dining, grilling & relaxing by the sparkling pool. Although pool is not heated, we have had guests swimming every month of year.

Glorious Stay in Oceanside

The home and property are amazing, well kept, clean and designed beautifully. The owners communicated frequently and responded quickly. It was close to stores and a short drive to the ocean. We would happily stay there again on our next trip to California.

Tropical Oasis

Beautiful oasis with fun activities for the whole family! The owners were amazing, communicated promptly and very attentive to our needs. Paradise

Such a beautiful property. Enjoyed all the outdoor activities. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any needs and the supplies were in abundance. Definitely will make another trip to Oceanside paradise again.

Our family was very impressed with all the amenities available (pool, tennis court, bean bag throw) so everyone had a fun time. Also the privacy and view was stunning. Would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful and Convenient

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everyone loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the yard. We ate all meals outdoors as the weather was perfect! Grocery stores are nearby and Legoland was a short drive away. The owners were super responsive and communication was excellent. We would definitely love to stay here again someday.

Family weekend fun!

Property offers extensive outdoor fun for the entire family. Really nice pool area, bar-b-que/outdoor kitchen, patio, and pickle ball / basketball court. All the "toys" you need to enjoy your stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and genuinely responsive to our family's needs and wants. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this fabulous "Oceanside Paradise".

Wonderful Family Christmas Oceanside Paradise

Home was a perfect location for our Family Christmas gathering. John and Sylvia even put up a tree for us. Home was clean and setup nicely when we arrived. We played pickleball and other outdoor games . BBQ worked great for grilling steaks . Pool is not heated so we did not swim but it was pretty to look at . Weather was mid 60s snd sunny so perfect for sitting by the fire and playing pickleball. 4 days was not enough. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing paradise getaway!

Everything about the property was just amazing! The views were jaw dropping and the owners thought of everything we could have needed to have an amazing time! All the rooms were beautiful decorated and very comfortable. When we needed some help the owners responded right away and answered any questions we had. Definitely would love to stay again!

Wonderful Property

The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation. We appreciated the great communication with the owners. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the pickleball court, pool, and heavenly views! The home was very clean and well stocked with all of the basics (and many extras). If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again!

A true getaway!

This home has so much to offer! Pool, pickleball, basketball, outdoor space, grill with outdoor bar, patio and plenty of space for 10. Hosts are quick to respond to messages/questions. If you want to get away but stay out for a trip to southern CA? This place should be in your list.

Beautiful place

Unfortunately, we did not stay d/t a heat advisory was in place when we visited, hitting temps of 100. With no A/C…we couldn’t stay. In future visits to San Diego with cooler temps, i would definitely book this location. Luck wasn’t on our side this time. Beautiful landscaping and very clean house.

Secret garden

We had a great stay here. The house was spotless, the hosts were accommodating and the rear yard was phenomenal. The yard is mostly south facing for sunny enjoyment of the pool, the on deck games as well as the pickleball court. We prefer to cook outdoors and the grill and burner work well for hanging outside and preparing casual meals. Grocery and shopping are nearby and convenient. This is a great property and a great option if you’re coming to Oceanside.

Happy New Year!

We spent Christmas and New years here and it was delightful. The pickleball and basketball provided hours of fun for all ages. The lawn is everything for a group/family gathering. Quiet, safe neighborhood less than 5 min to stores, grocer, restaurants .

Oceanside Family Vacation

The home and location was five stars every way possible. The home, especially the backyard and ball court, was very pretty and well maintained. My family, which included five adults and two young children, stayed in the home for a full week and felt like we had plenty of space. The location was perfect as Target was only 5 minutes away and Harbor Beach about 15. The expansive backyard also provided a secluded resort feel which made for an excellent break from other busy areas we visited. Garage parking was also great. I would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Superb north county retreat

Family came in from out of town for the Christmas holiday. We had so much fun here! The house has a well stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were spacious. The only thing we struggled with a bit is seating--with 8 people the living area was a bit compact and we needed folding chairs for the dining table. Honestly though, if you're not spending most of your time outdoors on this property, what are you even doing? We played pickle ball and corn hole every day, had coffee, cocktails, and reading hours around the pool, and generally enjoyed the view. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Property and Amenities

A group of us were staying in Oceanside for a family wedding so it was easier to stay in a home than 4 hotel rooms. But Silvia and John have made this more than a home, but a destination. The pool and pickle ball court kept the kids occupied and the various sitting areas (sun and shade) made it easy for the adults to relax. Their hospitality was tremendous - always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The pictures online truly match the property. I would highly recommend staying here. Even our son who lives in the area was impressed with the location, ease of access to roads while still being quiet, and the amenities.

Short but SWEEEEET!

Since I am an owner of a VRBO home in Central America as well as a frequent VRBO guest around the U.S. I tend to be somewhat picky when staying at other folks homes. The hosts here go out of their way to insure an enjoyable stay. Grounds are impeccable as well as extremely private. The home was spotless inside and out and the hosts were very responsive and hospitable in every sense. I still miss the quiet mornings by the pool with all the bird life. 5 stars from me!!

Amazing House

This house is a vacationers dream. It has so many amenities outdoors that you don’t want to stay indoors. The outdoor kitchen with the grill is so wonderful. The games and the beautiful grounds made it so enjoyable for all of us, kids and adults alike. The house was perfect with comfortable beds. The only thing I would add is that you need to bring your own HDMI cord and Apple TV but honestly we didn’t really miss the TV since we were outside all day long. Silvia and John were amazing hosts. The fire pit was a wonderful bonus which we used daily. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and we will be back for sure.

We (husband and I) live in the attached, but completely private attached apartment. We give our guests space but am available when needed. We both work, especially on weekends, so we won't be socializing but there if you need any help with vacation home.

If you are looking for a private getaway that is close to the ocean, beach, marina, Legoland and water park, you've found the right place. If you are looking for a private getaway this is one hour or less from Disneyland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal Park....this is it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is a very private, quiet neighborhood with most of the homes spread out. We have 2/3 of an acre of property. We have 3 levels of land, which is all easily accessible. The secluded Official Pickleball/Paddle Tennis Court also has a basketball hoop with backboard. Pickleball has become the craze of the family sports world and this court even has the famous, painted "kitchen" on it. Surrounded by a 10 foot tall fence, this court is private in the lower 3rd level 'valley' area of the property.

The 2nd level is very serene with a seating area for reading or quiet conversation.

First level is where the excitement is with BBQ next to the pool. BBQ has a bar seating area with refrigerator, sink and blue tooth driven car stereo with speakers. Pool is 40' long, with deep end at 8'. Pool is not heated, but with California sunshine, swimming is enjoyable from May to end of September.

Plenty of outside seating, table and sunbathing area.

For cooler evenings, fire pit is close to BBQ and seats 6.

Waterfall and water fountain provide soothing background serenity too.
