Amazing property with great amenities and an even better location. This was our third time at the Cliff and it never disappoints. This condo was perfect. Super comfortable beds and being on the 2nd floor was kind of nice to take the stairs if needed. Would 100% stay again

The location was about 15-20 away from most activities. The staff were nice. The pool was Amazing. Things that could be worked on: shower storage (a place to hold shower gel) while in shower. The lighting in the room. Overall the stay was great.

The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the nearby beach was amazing! We also really enjoyed the view from the pool. The place had everything we needed, which was great.That said, a few things could have been better. The dishwasher and microwave didn’t work during our stay. The dryer filter had a lot of sand in it, and there were many crumbs under the toaster. Some of the dishes and cooking utensils weren’t completely clean, and several towels had noticeable stains.As someone who places a high value on cleanliness, these issues made it a bit hard to fully relax. I understand standards vary, but I wanted to share my experience honestly.

Perfect place!

It isn’t very often that the pictures of a place accurately match what it’s like, but everything you see from The Cliff is spot on! The entire facility is gorgeous, from the lobby, to the manicured grounds, the beautiful pool area and beach, and the spacious and comfortable condo. The nearby neighborhood, Jordan Village, offers many great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it’s close enough to walk there. We have zero regrets for renting here!

Best Place on the Island

The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites. So many places to eat within walking distance/short car ride. We will be back!

Amazing location

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located! The staff at the Cliff couldn’t have been anymore accommodating and friendly! John, the host, is very responsive with answers to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!!

Condo pretty nice.

Condo neat and clean but the furniture is not comfortable at all. In the picture for the lanai, they have nice loungers but not there when we arrived just plastic and uncomfortable! They could use some new beach towels too, threadbare. John the property manager was great to work with!

Paradise, a Beautiful Oasis

Our stay at the Cliff was a memorable vacation. The unit was clean, orderly and had mostly everything that you will need for a week or longer. Initially communication with the host was slow, but once connected with the Property Manager, she resolved and supported our needs. The property has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and 24/7 security. The amenities such as the pool, sauna, and steamer were state of the art and beautiful! The unit could use some upgrades regarding the appliances and the on site jacuzzi/hot tub was inoperable. We had a horrific experience at the on site Spa which is not affiliated with the Cliff, we recommend booking with one of the highly rated Spas off site for massages, etc. Restaurants and a corner deli/grocery store is within walking distance and there's a 5 Star Michelin status restaurant on site. We will definitely return to St. Maarten, it's a friendly Island.

Amazing condo with beautiful views!

The condo was great! The views were amazing and the pool is top notch! Mullet bay is a short walk and a wonderful beach! Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely return!

We had so much fun!! Loved the unit!! Could use two more beach chairs!! The dishwasher didn’t work!! The unit was clean, nice and convenient to everything we needed!! My daughter got engaged there and the staff was extremely helpful in preparing everything!

Cliff is awesome

Large unit ..fairly well equipped, some of the appliances could use replacement. Ice machine didn't work well, dishwasher on last leg, but otherwise a great place!
