Just needs a little more attention to the condo. The in laws had another one condo upstairs w/ same floor plan that was so much better decorated and furnished. Living room tv, washer and ice maker needs some attention. Could be so much better but still nice overall. Great oceanfront view and service from the front desk. They pool and overall property was great. Loved that the property was gated and well secure

The outdoor pool was very enjoyable when the management would allow the umbrellas to be used. The dining room chairs in C2 need adjustment for missing screws. The thermostat in the smaller bedroom would not hold the temperature that was indicated on the controls Toilets in the suites run after flushing, we had to make adjustments

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the outdoor pool, though we regret the inconvenience regarding the umbrellas. For safety reasons, especially during high winds, our team must sometimes keep them closed to prevent damage or injury, but we will ensure our staff communicates this more clearly in the future. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered in unit C2. Please be assured that we have taken immediate action: Dining Chairs: Our maintenance team has been scheduled to tighten and replace all necessary screws to ensure they are secure. Thermostat: A technician is checking the AC controls in the smaller bedroom to resolve the calibration issue. Toilets: We are repairing the flush valves in the suites to ensure they stop running correctly after use. Your comfort is our priority, and we would have been happy to address these matters during your stay had we been notified. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless experience. Best regards,
