マンションのインテリアは明るく、白い色で、モダンな家具を組み合わせてうまく仕上げられています。 海に面したメインリビングスペースは、広々とした快適なベージュのソファを備えたオープンコンセプトのデザインです。 このスペースは、6人掛けのデザインテーブルと広々とした設備の整ったキッチンを備えた隣接するダイニングルームに開放されています。 ダイニングルームとリビングルームのすぐそばにある引き戸からは、朝食や夕焼けを眺めるのに最適なシーティングエリアのある大きなバルコニーがあります。

One of the most beautiful and will maintained properties that we've ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and helpful during our stay. The location was great for getting all around the island. If/ when we're back in St. Maarten, we'd stay here again without hesitation.

We loved this place!Beautiful spacious apartment with great views.Very clean and has everything that you need.One of the best beaches, Mullet Beach, just around the corner, and a beautiful private beach right under the Cliff as well.And beautiful swimming pools!

Outstanding escape to luxury

The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance.

Stop looking and rent this one

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location on the island. First, the view from the balcony is stunning. Whenever we were at the condo, we were most likely out on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. We rented a car and traveled all over the island and by far, this is the best location on the island to stay. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches that we could either drive or just walk to. The Cliff’s staff were so welcoming and helpful. The Cliff’s has an amazing restaurant, workout facility and the infinity pool is stunning. This was by far one of most favorite islands to vacation at. You can’t go wrong booking this location.

It was a wonderful stay with exception of the TV in the living room didn’t work, a/c in second bedroom was not functioning properly and slider doors didn’t lock.

The unit was amazing. Clean, modern, beautiful view, spacious, full of amenities. The Cliff complex was beautiful as well, meticulously cared for with friendly staff. The only negative were some of the amenities were either not available or not functioning. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant had reduced hours, and the hot tub was not working. We found this to be the case across the island though. I assume post covid adjustments. Just as some of the other reviews indicated the Organic Market down the road is super expensive. Stick with Carrefour or Maho is amazing.

Great property

Property was exactly as described. Wonderful views and great snorkeling right off the property. It’s in a nice gated and safe area. Low traffic. Grocery store is across the street and another one a few blocks away. The new pool is top notch. Didn’t try the onsite restaurant but the menu looked incredible. John was very helpful and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location - Great Service - Great View - Appliances and Furniture could be updated - Unit had a stale smell at check in, possibly due to a/c being off for a few days - But overall, not perfect, but very good stay for the cost - If upgraded it would be worth extra per night and I am sure it would pay itself back quickly

Spectacular views

The Cliffs is in a safe area and is gated with a grocery store within walking distance. The staff at the Cliffs were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, warm and perfect in every way and we loved our daily swims. There was a flight of stairs leading down to a beach below the cliffs that we often had to ourselves. The views from the unit were spectacular to watch sunset from and the unit was very spacious. As others said, the sliders on the front don’t lock but it would be impossible for anyone to get onto that front deck.

Wonderful!

Our stay at the Cliff for 9 nights in November and loved every minute! The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff at the Cliff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and we swam every day. We have stayed on St. Martin a number of times and this by far is our favorite location. Cupecoy is beautiful and close to everything that you need- groceries, restaurants, airport, etc but at the same time the area is tranquil and peaceful. We will definitely return to the Cliff for a future vacation and highly recommend this unit/owner.

Great views and privacy

We enjoyed the condo and the views were spectacular. The pool was not crowded and had ample chairs and views of the ocean. Location was great for restaurants. The condo needed some attention. The TV in the living room did not work, the kitchen had minimal supplies and a lack of spoons. The sliding doors did not lock properly on one balcony. We had to wait several days to get an additional key. All minor inconveniences but for the rental price could easily be fixed. We would stay there again for the balcony and the views.

Great property with great concierge!

This was a great property and unit. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the unit was also clean and well laid out. The only issue was that there were rolling power outages for 2 days of the trip, and the property generators did not work (this meant no elevators for 2 days, for a sixth floor unit). They mentioned this was uncommon, so it might not be an issue in future bookings. The concierge and desk team were amazing- friendly and great recommendations. They booked several events for us and were spot on every time (villania was especially wonderful). The grocery store across the road had everything necessary for enjoying the beautiful balcony- alcohol, cheese, chips, sunscreen. The restaurant on property was also great. Recommend and would stay here again!
