This was the PERFECT place for us. Our hosts were attentive and easy to work with. We arrived in Nice earlier than the check-in time, but Patrice graciously came to meet us and show us around. We were here to help support our Son-in-law who was competing in the Iron Man competition. If he competes again next year, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Ideally located just a few steps from the tram station, the iconic Promenade des Anglais, supermarkets and patisseries, this apartment offers both convenience and charm. Generously sized, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with amenitties, it ensures a most comfortable stay. The highlight is view from the terrace — a visual delight for unforgettable memories

Excellent Home Away From Home

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, & nicely appointed, with an exceptionally helpful & easily reached representative of the owners. The only suggestions we'd have for improvement are a lamp by the smaller sofa for reading & washcloths for Americans staying there. Otherwise, our stay was parfait!

Nice but too many rules

Nice view, but disappointed that so few towels were provided for a week stay of seven people. We were coming from the states. Could not pack beach towels. We could not wash and dry them quickly enough and had to use the towels that we used at the pool to bathe. Property manager very difficult regarding pool rules.

Recent stay

We were looking for somewhere close to good transport links so we didn’t have to depend on our own vehicle. This was an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram stop and the promenade. Apartment was well equipped and had everything you would need. A supermarket was a 10 minute walk away.

Spacious and bright apartment in nice residential neighbourhood

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment during August 2024. The apartment is in a beautiful location with a lovely sea view, we loved eating dinner on the spacious balcony each evening. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking equipment you could need. It was very warm inside but having a fan in each bedroom made the temperature bearable. The only downside for us was that the apartment is on the top of a pretty steep hill - there is a bus but we didn't use it. Would recommend this location for families and groups. The host and her representatives were very communicative making it a really smooth check in and check out. Thank you so much!

Spacious hidden gem

This light and airy apartment on the third floor, accessed by a lift, offered everything we needed as three adults wanting a place to stay with outside space as well as being close to the centre of Nice. It's fairly close to two supermarkets and a selection of bakeries and other local shops making it ideally placed for a combination of self catering and eating out - it had most of the equipment you would be likely to need. A lovely Nespresso coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. It's within 10 - 15 minutes walk of the nearest tram stop which provides a fast way of getting about if you don't want to walk along the amazing and scenic Promenade des Anglais to the centre. The tram stop is about 20 minutes from the airport. The pool area was spotlessly clean with sun beds offering a choice of shade and full sun. Our contact, Pamela, was helpful in pointing out things we would need to know on arrival and was available if we needed help (which we didn't) at the end of the phone. The apartment block is gated and well maintained. There is a Concierge there for some of the day and the whole block appeared very secure. There is a large balcony with a dining table and chairs which faces the sea and offered shade for most of the day so the apartment doesn't get too hot. We stayed in June and found that the fans provided in the bedrooms weren't needed. Good to have them though as the temperatures did increase during our stay. All in all a perfect base.

Large, spacious apartment in residential area

This was a lovely apartment but a little too out of the way for our stay in Nice. It was close to the beach and was well appointed. Unfortunately, the unit above us was in full renovation mode which went on every day. I would recommend for a family rather than friends wanting to head into town each day or night. All in all, a nice place.

Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft, es war genau wie beschrieben. Die Terrasse draußen ist super, den Pool haben wir auch morgens regelmäßig nutzen können. Nicht überfüllt und einladend für die Erholung. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schon anspruchsvoll, da es etwas höher gelegt ist, unweit vom Supermarkt entfernt ca 600m.

Fantastisch ruim appartement met zeezicht

Wat een mooi ruim appartement. We waren met 6 personen( 4 pubers) en hebben het geweldig gehad! Het appartement heeft een mooi groot balkon! Echt fijn om te onbijten en de avonden door te brengen. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht. De ruime keuken had alles om een maaltijd te bereiden. Fijne bedden en de slaapkamers waren heel mooi en ruim. En de badkamers was wel heel fijn met meerdere mensen. Het zwembad is mooi ruim. En een groot voordeel is de korte weg naar het strand. En de zee is fantastisch blauw! Heerlijk even zwemmen! Een super verblijf voor ons allen!

Perfekt!

Lejligheden var beliggende er godt og sikkert sted. Lejligheden var udstyret med alt hvad der var brug for. Dejligt område med kort til indkøb og strand. Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie. Vi kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Appartement trés agréable

Appartement conforme au descriptif trés agréable et spacieux. Nous avions aimé en plus de la vue, la multitude de petites choses que nous avions trouvé sur place: jeux pour les enfants, livres, ustentiles de cuisine,... Merci pour l'accueil Pamela pour les échanges et pour l'organisation de notre arrivée & départ.

Nice apartment - great location!

We were two families from Sweden who stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in June 2016. Very nice, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. Great location in Nice, close to city center and sea. Nice view from the large terrace and a nice pool area for the kids to play in. Host was very friendly and helpful in everyway. Would highly recommend this property for others.
