Property was just as described, everything was clean and in working order, and the kitchen had lots of nice touches like spices, sandwich bags, etc. We had a relaxing time here with no troubles.

Great trip!

We had a great time! Everything was clean and loved that it was a bottom floor unit. Also loved the heaters in all the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental!

We loved the location and we had plenty of room for all seven adults. So well stocked with lots of extras, like games, books and movies.

Quick trip

Going to Brian Head for a weekend snowmobile trip with friends. This setup worked perfect for us. The place had all the amenities we needed. Checkin was super easy. Would stay here again.

First time but, not the last time!

What a wonderful location, walking distance to the slopes, beautiful view of the mountain from the kitchen table, they thought of all the kitchen things needed to cook for a family. The owners were responsive and made our stay easy. Can't wait to come back.

Great condo across from Giant Steps

Our overall stay was great! Host Leah was always available for any requests or issues. The condo was fully stocked, which made for a comfortable stay! I would definitely recommend!

Easy and Convenient

Stayed only 2 nights but had a great time. Location was easy to find and within walking distance of Giant Steps ski lift. The place was clean with lots of rooms. Felt like you were at home. The family loved it. We definitely plan on returning next winter.

Perfect house for a larger group

We stayed here with our adult kids and friends. The house was perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better location! It had all the amenities needed and more! The bedrooms were super clean and comfortable. The bonus room was absolutely perfect for our friends with a toddler. We will be visiting again!!

Very nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Beds were a little to soft for us but that is personal preference. We were using this as our motorbiking hub. It is a little out of the way and a little chilly but the ride up and down the mountain was absolutely gorgeous and the roads were in very good shape.

Fantastic place, clean, well stocked with amenities.

Highly recommend this property. It is right across from the slopes. Walk across the street and enjoy the mountain/slopes. It was very clean and well stocked with fabulous amenities. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Co-Worker Ski Trip

Clean, 4-bedrooms, a perfectly stocked kitchen, firewood, and an excellent location helped make this trip all we could hope for. If it looks like it suits your needs, go for it! All in our party would stay here again. Thank you!

Mountain biking and Oktoberfest

This is our 3rd stay at this condo and it never disappoints. When you walk into a space and it just feels clean and smells clean.. that’s this place. We love it so much. It has everything you need and more. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Leah for being so warm and welcoming.

Best VRBO at Brian Head

This condo was perfect for four couples. The place was extremely clean. The kitchen had all (I mean all) of the equipment you could need. There was also firewood available for us to use. We could see the Giant Steps runs from the window. This was the best place we have stayed at Brian Head and we stay 2-3 times a season. The location is a bonus!

Best Property we have stayed at in Brian Head

We absolutely loved this cozy condo. From the multiple wood burning stoves to the plentiful utensils, books, games, and space. We loved our stay here. Leah, the host was excellent and quick at communicating with us even when it was just for weather updates. The layout/floor plan was just right for our large group. It was very clean and the furniture all in great condition. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The location and views were top notch. We have stayed at Brian Head in the fall for the past 5 years and this property was definitely our favorite. We will definitely stay here again.

June getaway

We were happy with the location and floorplan of this unit. It was well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen stuff, and it was a good location for all the stuff we did on our visit. However, two things that weren't acceptable stood out....the dishwasher wasn't working and all the queen size beds were really uncomfortable. I highly recommend new beds!! Again, a lovely place but that would be the reason why we wouldn't stay there again.

Thanks for your feedback. The dishwasher was immediately repaired and just needed to be reset. I am sorry the mattresses weren't comfortable for you. They are highly rated Nectar mattresses less than 2 years old but I understand mattresses are subjective and will replace with a more traditional mattress next year.
