Stylish convenience

We loved our stay. The apartment has personality and style. The location is superb if you like being close to everything. Loved looking out the windows at the lifestyle unfolding below. Also had a friendly bird visit us daily which we enjoyed!

Antibes at its best

We came for a business stage during MIPIM, and the first and last two days of our stay we only spent the nights in the appartment. The days in between were real holidays, and that‘s when the place is really amazing. Two steps from the market hall and close to lots of Restaurants and bars you can absolutely enjoy Antibes. The most convenient aspect (coming by car) is the car parking access for free that really made our days. No worries where to put the Van in the medieval heart of town 😎

Beautifiul Antibes

The location next to the market was perfect for me. Every day I would walk through the market and greet all of the great people who work there. Coffee cafes are at the end. One of the staff, Houssam, walked me to the apartment when I arrived and pulled my luggage. I found a lovely boutique a block away called Goubi and spent happy hours there. The train station is not far and the trains to all of the nearby villages are frequent. Thank you to Houssom for assisting me.

Beware of the troll downstairs

The location and apartment are great. Parking is not as close as we were told. The guy that lives downstairs is an angry troll. We were VERY quiet and he pounded on our door screaming in our face as soon as we open the door - that we were running around and walking too loud. We honestly were not. He then decided to play heavy metal music very loudly the rest of the weekend. Joke was on him and honestly proved our point as we could only hear the music when the apartment door was open. So, obviously the floors are thick enough to block sound. Other than that the aprentment was good.

Location Très agréable

Appartement idealement situé en plein centre du vieil Antibes.Tout se fait à pied et pour le stationnement une carte de stationnement prépayée parking "Pré des pêcheurs".Excellent accueil de l'agence.

Short stay in Antibes

Great communication with owner who answered any questions promptly - including on the day of arrival when they allowed us to check in early and get in out of the rain. Really good location and with the bedrooms being at the back of the property it was quiet despite overlooking the market. The only issue we had with the stay was the strong smell from the drains - i dont know if this is common for Antibes. Keeping the bathroom door closed at all times did help.

Belles vacances au coeur d’Antibes

Bel appartement au calme (double vitrage top) dans un quartier très vivant marché Provençal, central, plages à pieds. Bémol sur l'état général de l’appartement, équipement et la propreté à l’arrivée.

Clean, bright & great location

Very nice clean and bright apartment in an ideal location in the beautiful old town. The fresh food market is just a few steps away from the front door so we ate well everyday. The hosts provided comprehensive information about the area so we had plenty to do. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

DECEPTION :(

Ménage en cours à l'arrivée (16h, heure prévue du check-in) sans être prévenus avant. Pas de capsules de café (pas d'obligation mais qq unes en cadeau de bienvenue, ça fait toujours plaisir) Pas de lampes de chevets dans la petite chambre (compliqué quand on veut lire avant de s'endormir) Coin salon pas super cosy (canapé lit ferme et 3 petits tabourets... dur après une longue journée de marche) Remontées d'odeur d'égoûts dans la salle de bain (sûrement la faute de la veille ville) Literie limite (pour mon homme très grand et costaud - ce sont des choses qui arrivent - c’était limite) La liste n'est pas exhaustive mais je m'arrêterai là car quand on critique trop on se fait taxer de râleurs de français et le raccourci est trop facile... Pour finir sur une note positive j'ajouterai que la localisation est très sympa, idéale pour prendre un café le matin, un verre le soir, faire le marché etc... et la déco très mignonne et de bon goût ! Puisque les avis servent à partager l'expérience autant en profiter ! Housekeeping in progress when we arrived (at 4pm, scheduled check-in time) without being notified. If we had been, it would have changed everything. No coffee capsules (at least some welcome gift, this is not an obligation but it is much appreciated) No bedside lamps in the small room (complicated when you want to read before falling asleep) Lounge area not super cozy (sofa bed and 3 small stools ... not very comfy) Escapes of smell of sewage in the bathroom after the shower (probably the fault of the old city!) Insufficient bedding quality (for my very tall and beefy man - sorry it happens - nights were bad) The list is not exhaustive but I will stop there because when we criticize too much we are taxed with French whines and the shortcut is too easy ... To finish on a positive note, the location in the market square is ideal and the design cute and tasteful ! Since the reviews serve to share the experience as much as enjoy!

Really nice apartment. Great location, so amazing to be near the market, the old part of town is fascinating and full of little shops. A few points to note: 1) a few essentials were missing: tea towels to dry cutlery etc; perhaps a few more hangers would have been nice, and perhaps more towels- we only had one towel each - if one of us was washing our hair, there was nothing to dry it with. I think just a hand towel for each would have been nice. 2) would have been good for there to be some info about where to put the bins / recycling policy. we found out eventually but having this info to hand would be a nice touch. 4) also a note to say what capsules the coffee maker takes would have been good. Just a few tips for the next time, but overall, we loved it. Thank you!
