I currently reside in California and have retired from my long-time employment at Kroger's. Approximately eight years ago, I made the wise decision to invest in this property. Initially, my spouse and I had considered relocating to Cancun. However, our plans took an unexpected turn when we became foster parents. Eventually, we made the life-changing choice to adopt three wonderful boys. Consequently, our intended trip to Cancun had to be postponed indefinitely.

Inside this community lies the Riviera Maya Golf Course A 27-hole exclusive course with magnificent Mayan jungle, natural lakes and cenotes in a rugged geography. This impressive piece of architecture was designed by the worldwide renowned Robert Trent Jones II. The Riviera Maya Golf Club has an 18-hole Championship course plus an executive 9-hole Par 3 golf course. You will receive a 50% discount off green fees.
We recommend you have your own transportation such as a rental car. This will allow you to discover all that the Mayan Rivera has to offer on your own schedule.

You can also have the all-inclusive option by purchasing day passes at a reduced fee through Bahia Principe. With the purchase of the day pass, you will have access to Bahia Principe’s pools, entertainment, and beautiful beaches. This will also allow you unlimited food and drinks throughout the Bahia Principe Resort. If you do not want to purchase the day pass you will still have access to the KAY Beach Club. You will also have access to my Property Manager who will be available during your stay. The unit is accessible by an elevator, and there is also 24 hr. security dedicated to the complex.
