Kas Vierkantは、オランダのデザイナーPiet Boonsのシグネチャープロパティの1つです。 ボネール島の南西側に完全にオーシャンフロントの状況。

建築家は直線と純粋な素材を使用して、ボネールの自然とリラクゼーションの雰囲気に完全に溶け込んでいます。

手のひらを置いたガゼボ、ハンモック、ラウンジ家具、暖色系の布地から高級ベッドや家電製品まで…。

上の階にあるヴィラに入ると、海とクラインボネール島の素晴らしい景色を望む屋外のリビングエリアに迎えられます。 このレベルでは、非常に優れた機器のみを備えた小さなオフィススペースと設備の整ったキッチンもあります。

ベッドルームは下の階にあります。 それらの4つはすべてエアコン完備で、ファンがあり、豪華なバスルームがあります。 部屋の1つは、小さなキッチンを含むスタジオとして設計されています。

しかし、このオーシャンフロントの天国の最も特別な部分は、スタイリッシュで魅力的なラウンジャー、ガゼボ、ハンモックが海を見渡すプールエリアです。 シュノーケリングの1時間後、美しいプライベートプールの近くで冷たいワインを片手にリラックスした暖かい午後を過ごすことができます。

Thank you very much. We had a lovely stay, we had everything we needed and access to the ocean was very easy using the sturdy steps with strong handrails. Our beds were comfortable and we slept well. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the area very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks

Outstanding Property = Relaxing Vacation

We spent 10 days at this fabulous property and enjoyed every minute of it, including the private beach area, pool and overall amenities. We have been to Bonaire 5 times and this was the best trip so far!! Isabel (from Q-Villas) was in charge of our stay and she was AWESOME - super helpful and always pleasant. Thanks for everything

Another Great Stay

Just got home from 10 days at Kas Vierkant, which was our 2nd visit to the Villa. As a repeat customer, we knew what to expect and the property did not disappoint - is in a great location, everything we needed was available and the sunsets remained amazing. Anne Marijn, from Q-Villas, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us with antying we needed. Would definitely book here again.

loved the location ... able to dive into the ocean from the backyard. Appliances were a little dated & the lighting in the bathroom was inadeaquate.

Nice house

House was nice but a few things were lacking: no tv, oven did not work, master bath had peeling paint in shower, poolside rocks had lichen growing on them and were very slippery when wet, grill was a little charcoal grill. It was nice, but not as nice as we expected for the price.

As for the oven, we weren’t aware it wasn’t working, as this wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure everything was in perfect order for you. We kept in touch during your two-week stay, and we wish you had let us know if there was anything amiss. We would have gladly resolved any issues or made adjustments to make your experience more enjoyable. Wonderful house and location! Host communication was easy and she answered questions and requests within minutes normally. The villa did not disappoint. Spacious and modern as pictures show. No bugs except the very occasional mosquito and one cockroach. Loved the feeling of sleeping in mosquito net covered beds! Super comfy mattresses. Air conditioners in all bedrooms worked perfectly and quietly. Would have liked if there was charcoal supplied for the bbq. Super quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise. WiFi worked perfect in the upstairs level of the house, but spotty in on the lower bedroom level. The manager was nice enough to deliver a small flat screen smart TV (since the house doesn’t come with one normally), so we were able to watch Netflix and stream Olympics. The management was also very quick to deliver other items as needed. The ocean view and ladder entry was wonderful!
