The condo was great with plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need during your stay in terms of cook wear, pots, pans, blender, toaster, etc. This stood out most to me. We have stayed in numerous condos and often found basic kitchen tools were no where to be found. We loved the condo and area!! The digital guidebook sent prior to arrival…wow!! Having all information needed in one place was really great and we found to be super helpful during the stay.

Awesome condo! Everything was great except the oven door did not close properly and it set off the smoke alarm. Called the rental company to let them know. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was beautiful and the view was awesome! We really loved the large balcony. The only issue we had was with the elevator. Only one was working, and a couple of times, none were. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was outstanding! It was easy and the room was ready on time. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There was an issue with the freezer during our stay. The freezer needed defrosting and it was reported during our stay.

Great place for a family vacation!!

We loved our stay here in the Pelican Pointe! The location is great and the amenities around the condo are fabulous. The only negatives were the elevators kept breaking down and needing maintenance so there were a couple times we would have to lug all of our beach stuff up 9 floors of stairs. That happened at least twice and was truly the only negative part of this trip. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!

Very nice condo

Well furnished and beautiful. Only issue was the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Looked like a prior guest had a nose bleed and the sheets were not changed.

Cute and comfy!

This condo was a little smaller than we are used to but just as comfortable! We had a smaller group this year so it was expected. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable! The only bad thing I can say is that I thought the gym would’ve been better equipped but other than that everything else was great!

Great vacation condo for the family

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept, simple, and not cluttered with decor. There was plenty of room for us to relax in the family/dining room. The beds were comfortable. Could use a few more blankets so bring your own if you're used to having a little more warmth. Bring your own beach towels, paper towels, sponge to wash dishes or dishwasher detergent if you like using the dishwasher. Bring laundry detergent/dryer sheets if you need to wash clothes. Overall, great place to stay!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. Annual October friends trip.

Some friends used to own #403 and was excited to be able to rent it still, not #905. The condo is fantastic. Had a few issues with Liquid Lufe but not bad. Only negative is on top of what you pay to rent the condo, $55 per parking spot is steep.

They manage all the parking, and we are not allowed to include any passes with your stay. The cost for your stay is slightly cheaper to reflect that as well. Pelican Point

Everything was great except we had 2 refrigerators in the unit and when we got there neither one was cold. Took several days to get cold. The extra fridge stayed in the dining room and never did work properly and was just in the way for using the dining room table. We thought when they came to look at the fridge in the kitchen that they would take the other one out of the unit but they did not. Also, the picture of the unit shows a regular coffee pot and a Keurig but only the regular coffee pot was in the unit. Overall it was a great vacation with family and friends!!

Fantastic location and cute condo!

We love Orange Beach and this condo fit all our needs. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful views from the balcony, and it’s so close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have preferred to be a little better was that many of the outlets were not working. It made it hard to find a place to charge all the devices. And the bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs, as we would prefer to login to all our streaming services rather than watch the few cable stations available.Neither of these were major and still give them 5 stars.

Overall great stay except could have been cleaner

Condo and property was great. Condo could have used a better cleaning prior to arrival. All dishes in cabinet needed to be washed before using because you could feel and see grit on them. There was mold on guest shower contain and it needs to be replaced. One cabinet door is broken that has the pots in it. Other than this it was a great stay. Easy checkin- Condo ready on time and beach not too crowded. Location was great!
