Perfect Honeymoon spot

My husband and I stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon… it is RIGHT on the water. The views are literally breathtaking. We saw probably 100 whales and tons of turtles from the balcony. It’s also walking distance to food trucks and restaurants, we would love to visit again!!

Awesome view

Louis is a great host, he communicated very well with us, made sure we had everything we needed. The place is as described, awesome view. Will definitely want to come back next time we’re in Maui.

Maui is the best!

Our host was great and the pictures do not do this place justice! Just breathtaking! We saw whales and turtles from the balcony everyday, will definitely be coming back again! Maui is amazing!

Whales, dolphins, turtles, all from the lanai!

We were amazed at how many whales we could we see without even leaving the condo! The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our time here, and hope we are able to return.

Never want to leave

We loved this place! Very clean and fresh condo, but the Mahana itself is awesome. Convenient free parking spot a few steps away from the elevator, keypad entry to the room so you don’t need to remember to carry any key to the beach, incredible views of a lively ocean with constant whales and turtles… we definitely want to come back one day. Heaven on Earth

I think we may have just found our favorite place on Earth. Everything about Louis' condo was top notch - well furnished; exceptionally clean; great location in a quieter area just north of most of the resorts, but close enough to walk there; and it was right on the beach where we were able to see some incredible sunsets. Check in/out was super easy, and Louis was easy to communicate with. Overall, the next time we return to Maui, we would definitely stay here again.

This condominium is an excelent option to be as close to the ocean than anyone can . The view can not be better , we enjoy our stay all the time . The condominium has everything that anyone may need . We got great recomendarions from Louis and the comunication was excelent all the time. Beautiful views

We loved our stay. The condo is great. We loved the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. There was a lot of construction going on which we were told about in advance and we didn't think would bother us but got very loud during the day and did bother us when we tried to nap. The noise never went past 5pm and started around 8am. We were able to swim with turtles right outside the place and loved the proximity to black rock. The room was well stocked and had all our needs. We would definitely stay here again hopefully without the construction.

BEST STUDIO IN THE MAHANA!!

My husband and I are frequent Maui visitors and absolutely love The Mahana! We have had the privilege of dealing with many different Mahana owners but knew immediately when corresponding with Louis this was going to be a whole different experience. Louis's communication throughout the entire booking process was impeccable and the second we walked into the condo it was everything shown in the photos and more! A class act all the way around. Absolutely Breathtaking!!!

Our stay was just perfect! From the moment we walked thru the door to see the beautiful condo with all the amenities, well stocked kitchen, awesome shower, to the most breathtaking view from the balcony! From sunsets to waking in the middle of the night to walk out to a sea of stars and then cuddling up on the sofa right on the balcony! No other condo could provide this unobstructed view! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud while listening to the waves crash. Lots of time spent relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor grilling area made for wonderful dinner in the soft rain with all the lush foliage ! Louis went above and beyond to make our stay the best we have ever had!

Unbelievable Views

The best thing about this condo is the view and the comfortable lanai furniture on which to enjoy it. Spent almost all the time we were at the condo on the lanai. Every night we turned off the A/C and opened the screen door to hear the ocean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was updated. Could have used a few more basic items. Our only complaint was it could have been a little cleaner. Floor was dirty. The first night there I was in white socks and they were filthy by the time we were done unpacking. All the towels, bath and beach were very damp and we had to put them in the dryer. And the bathroom has some mold issues in the shower and on the ceiling.

A lovely stay in a studio with a great view full of wonderful amenities.

Highlights: View is incredible, feels like you’re on a cruise ship the water is right there. Access to washer/dryer with washing powder makes travel easy Extra sets of towels were very handy also Full kitchen allows you to cook, or for us to chop up great fresh fruit Parking is free and on site Great wireless charger/dock so no need for travel adapters if you have USB-A cables. Access to a cooler bag/Esky with frozen bricks in the freezer makes day tripping a little easier. Louis was a good communicator, and answers every message quickly and with aloha. Lowlights Location is very good but just enough out of the way that you’ll need a hire car to stay here or be in and out of Ubers. It’s close to the hourly bus though. There’s a bit of noise as it’s right next to the lift and the neighbours, and the light that comes through the front door disturbs sleep a little bit. The blackout blinds were good but let just enough light in to wake us up at sunrise everyday.

Beautiful condo with unbeatable views

This condo unit at the Mahana was simply perfect for my week-long stay. The unit overlooks the beach, offers unobstructed views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai, and was perfect for sitting outside and listening to the crashing waves at night. The furnishings on the patio were comfortable and ideal for lounging in the sun, watching Maui's gorgeous sunsets at night, and I can't imagine a better place to whale watch during the season. The unit is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The inside of the unit is bright and welcoming with an incredibly comfortable King-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a wonderfully bright bathroom. Everything was very fresh feeling and up-to-date. The building is in a great spot with plentiful parking and several restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks conveniently located a short walk away. The boardwalk/pathway to Whaler's Village is accessible just past the end of the grass on the property, which made for an easy option to walk along the coast. Finally, I loved the host. He was unfailingly responsive and was a pleasure to deal both with before and during the trip. I 100% recommend this rental!

Amazing condo! Watching the sea turtles from the lanai each morning was great way to start the day. Very close to local restaurants, shopping, golf, and grocery store. Hoping to return next fall.

Sleek studio, amazing ocean views and sounds

This place was so amazing that we've already looked at units for sale in the same building. The views out to the ocean and adjacent islands (which included lots of turtles and great sunsets) were spectacular. The biggest surprise was how prominent the ocean noise was - in a GREAT way - despite being on the 10th floor. Looking forward to coming back :)

Loved everything about our stay at this property, no complaints outside of the constructions which we were made aware of during the booking process. Would have enjoyed snorkel gear but otherwise it was perfect! Will definitely stay again!

Paradise Found

Great location to avoid the hustle and bustle of a resort, but close to everything one could need. The room was clean, comfortable and set up with lots of amenities. Great view for the marvelous sun sets....we even saw whales and sea turtles!!

My wife and I, along with our four kids, live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I work at a hospital near us, and my wife, Kristine, takes care of the household. Kristine is Hawaiian, and when we go back to visit family, we usually stay at a hotel. We normally visit Maui twice a year, and since we have outgrown hotel rooms, it just made sense to buy a condo with great amenities so that we feel like we ARE on vacation. We take a lot of pride in keeping The Mahana condo perfect and our guests happy. Our condo is filled with amenities to make sure that you are comfortable, and will happily do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

The VIEWS!!! Its second to none. The Mahana has a great history and is a very well-maintained resort. This side of Kaanapali Beach is quiet, has great views of Lanai and Molokai, and you can snorkel right on our beach. Relax poolside and take in the sunset, its very peaceful. From December to April, you can catch whales playing in the Ocean.

It is also very close to Times Market grocery store, lots of restaurants, a farmer's market, and about ten food trucks in the evenings. Close to everything, though yet set far from it all with a long, welcoming driveway that leads you to The Mahana.

Recently renovated with all new furniture, stainless steel GE appliances, artwork by local Maui artist, fresh paint, and new electronics. With comfortable linens, HDTV programming, and the utmost privacy, there is no reason to leave the condo.
