Perfect for what we were looking for at the time

I also enjoyed the fact that every thing was gated and required a code definitely felt like a safe area to be at night. Parking was labeled for the specific condominium you stayed at so there was always a spot in front of your condominium. Check in and check out was all online so no delays there would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed before, disappointed this time

We previously stayed at the property, but it a different unit. This unit was nicely furnished, however, it was extremely dirty. After a long road trip I had to clean the floors wash the sheets myself and unfortunately we were not compensated for the inconvenience

Was noisy at night. Had people smoking weed everywhere. Couldn’t breathe or bring kids in the elevator because of it. When I called security about a noise complaint let’s just say it was useless. One of the owners of a condo had to have vehicles moved due to people being parked in wrong spots. When you’re only given one parking spot that quickly becomes an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as pictured, and right across the street from the beach. The area was walkable to nice restaurants. My only complaint would have been The onsite security guard (drives a white PT cruiser) is a bit overzealous, boarder line racist. She continually harassed my 26yr old son and nephews regarding which unit they were in, they had a code to the gate and a parking sticker for the 1 car we had.... Me and my sister both rented condos and NEVER once did the security the guard ask us any questions...wondering why? We are white 😞have a great day.

Noise was bad at night

Very nice, comfortable, spacious extremely updated features. Great location and very safe and secure property. The beautiful white beaches just outside the property and across the street. A truly lovely place!

Overall it was a nice place and appeared clean. However I was concerned when my kids spotted two small roaches. Also initially we did not see the tag to hang on our vehicle for parking and was threatened to be towed. Thankfully we saw the tow warning just in time to get it straightened out. It would be nice if they had someone one the property in case of questions and concerns like that.

Great Vacation Rental

This was an excellent vacation rental! The place was as listed, the location was AMAZING, and we were extremely happy with our stay. The gate to the complex was staffed and very super friendly and helpful. The only constructive feedback I have is that the two big beds desperately need new mattresses. They are as hard as a rocks and very squeaky. We did pull the sheets off and wash them right away because there was still dirt and hair on them. Other than that, it was all great! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for family vacation

Condo was clean. No comforters were used on the beds maybe due to Covid. Would of liked to know that before to bring nice comfy blankets from home to use as bedding.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved the property and it was exactly as pictured online, if not better. It was the perfect walking distance to the beach, and very convenient to shopping and food. The only complaint about the property would be the parking situation. We knew in advance there was only one spot and we would have to pay for a spot at Geronimo, but it was much further away than it seemed on the map and was inconvenient. But otherwise, we loved the place and will definitely be back.

In general the stay was great!

I have no complaints, just some advice, I own condos in Pensacola, just a friendly advice. When someone is staying for 4 nights, it would be nice to have enough supplies for 4 days, specifically when it's a group of 6, like toilet paper etc. The WiFi, we had to restart every couple of hours. A little more utensils would be great or more dishwasher tablets. Other than that, it was great. Thank you.

Weekend away

An all around great stay! Clean and nice rooms. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but am I just being picky. Very spacious we really enjoyed our weekend

Great location, some flaws.

Door code would not work, had to get a new code. Bulbs were burnt out inside some rooms. 3 Cockroaches found, two were old covered in dust like it had been laying there for awhile. Dyer barely dries your clothes. Refrigerator has a broken drawer can even use it. Floors were dirty when we arrived. Had no A/C first day, repair guy showed up at 10pm.
