Beachfront means BEACHFRONT

We had a quick weekend trip to the Pacific coast and this was a really great place! Everything was very clean and it’s in a fun location with walkable coffee, entertainment, etc. We sat on the patio each night and watched the amazing sunsets. It was great and we’d certainly stay again!

Beautiful views

House was great, but there is not a lot of privacy. People walking by can see directly into house. Bathroom is open to bedrooms. (No doors) That being said, we had a great time. House was just like the pictures. Beach was beautiful. We had rain, but it was still fabulous! Walking distance to good food and coffee. Good communication with agency!

Beachfront property did not disappoint

We rented this beachfront spot and really enjoyed our stay. We were minutes from Belmont Theme Park which was really convenient for our kids. The rental company was always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Steps to the beach be prepared for questions

Before arriving at the property we received a call that a transformer had blown so the unit had no power so we were moved to a hotel for the night. Communication from the team was impeccable! Constant updates and phone calls. We were never left in the dark.. (pun intended). The property is a great location and quite the looker. So much so that multiple people walking along the boardwalk asked about it. Be prepared for states and even to appear and random pictures as people photograph the unit. Most of the time we had the windows open to the beach. We sat either on the patio or the kitchen island while we worked away on our laptops. The privacy for the bedrooms are a bit odd, but if you'd like to look out and watch the ocean from the bedroom then the glass allows for this. Since there were only two of us privacy wasn't a big deal. Noise was pretty minimal surprisingly. Though at one time there were a few loud skateboarder hanging out on the wall at 3am, but they moved along pretty quickly. Early mornings in this place were the best!

This unit was perfect for my wife and I to stay for a few days. While certainly not one of the largest square footage on the boardwalk it certainly opens up to an amazing property. Many many compliments and stares while just relaxing during the evening sunset from those walking by. If there was any complaint I could make on a 2 million dollar property it would be to replace the tiny couch inside with something a bit larger. While every square inch is perfectly thought out the couch is less than desirable. We would absolutely stay here again next time we return to Mission Beach. Communication with property management was very good and they left us a very nice welcome package. Also included are free beach and bike items from local shops through the management company. Although we didn't take advantage of it, the list offered for free was extensive. Nice perk.

Wonderful stay, directly on the boardwalk that provides some truly interesting people watching opportunities and direct access to the beach. AC in the bedrooms was especially welcome and effective. communications could not have been better; would certainly stay again.

Amazing!

The apartment is fabulous. I loved to cook with the door totally opened, with the ocean view, the sunset and a glass of wine. My kids were ready outside watching people walking, running, just passing. Of course the open toilet might be a challenge but we figured it out. Outstanding place and service.

Great setup and location.

Beautiful View !!

We've wanted to stay here for the past few years and finally had the opportunity to do so. The view is beautiful and it's a short walk (0.1 mi.) from Belmont Park, which has a lot of good places to eat and drink. You'll love sliding the glass doors in and letting the fresh air flow.

Like having a cabana on the beach

If you want to be close to the water, this is the place for you! Would have liked a little more privacy in the bathrooms (no wall to the bedrooms) - but other than that enjoyed staying here

Dreamy!

It felt like floating on the water on a villa. The place is perfect for a few days of passive and restful recreation, but also if you like surfing, water boarding, leisure bike rides,skating or just a walk down the boardwalk . The property manager Cynthia, was very attentive and took care of our special requests.

watch the hustle and bustle of skateboarders, roller skaters and walkers on the boardwalk during the day. Enjoy views and listen to the ocean, especially at sunset!

Small but well-appointed, nice decor, amazing patio/view

The patio doors open up the entire beach-facing wall and make this location amazing. For that reason alone I would return. The property had everything we needed, parking was relatively easy (though we were there during the week) because visitors could park at Belmont Park. Only thing is the complete lack of door or glass covering between each bedroom and its respective bathroom, which I had asked about before arriving and didn’t get an accurate answer (they said all glass has privacy shades, which is true except for bathrooms). Regardless, we figured the privacy issue out as best we could and had an amazing time.

Great view

We had a great stay, watching the surfers and dolphins play in the waves. We didn't need a car as we could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The slider brings the outside in and makes for a wonderful hangout spot.

What a great week at the beach. Sitting on the patio and enjoying sunrise and sunsets. If people watching is your thing this is a gem. Good neighbors. Very tight parking spot, and very difficult to find parking if you have extra vehicles or any friends come by for a visit. Food locations are not close, bring walking shoes. It’s the beach prepare for the beach.

Long weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. nice location. It was a little chilly while we were there so we kept the doors mainly shut and curtains for privacy. About a block away it gets busier on the weekends with places to eat and drink. Boardwalk was a very hopping place, great for running in the mornings or sitting out people watching. It is a great location for families with children who want to go to the beach, literally steps away. We would come back.
