I originally booked for Mon thru Fri, and then the owners/ property mgrs reached out and said they could extend our stay to Saturday for a small fee.. We accepted the offer got to the facility and they had us checking out on our original date of friday. I immediately reached out to the agency to get everything squared away. They waited until late Thursday evening to extend our stay and had to put us in a whole different unit. We were in a 2bdrm lockout unit which was 2 two bedroom condos joined by a door.. we had to move into 2 separate units a 1 bdrm and a 3 bdrm splitting up my family. We weren't notified that we had to move out until Friday morning and was given an hour and a half 11:30 to pack everything up and get out. We weren't given the new unit until 2:30 pm the agency/ owners did not accommodate us in any way and did not check on us to make sure we were able to get settled in the new units properly. All week long I had to send messages to get the reservation extended and to only have to be so inconvenience on friday morning, having to throw things in bags to get out and move into 2 completely different units all while preparing breakfast for a family of 11. From 11:30 am to 2:30 my family had to sit around waiting for the new units to become available, while waiting we missed our pool appointment as well as our appointment for the aquarium dolphin sight seeing. The facility itself was excellent, my family enjoyed the pool, miniature golf, volleyball, and basketball, but the agency/owners were not professional or accommodating at all.
