Problems started before we even arrived. We were called and told that the pull out bed was broken and that I would be reimbursed for a night because of it, that never happened. Then they called back and said we would have an air mattress to sleep on because yeah we paid 200 something dollars a night for my family to sleep on an air mattress. After we checked in and got to our condo, the place was just filthy, desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was dirt built up around door knobs, on the steps for bunk beds, on the floors, curtains, on the living room table, dirty dishes left in the oven, pieces of food on the floor, kitchen counters....and just to humor myself, I started wiping things off to make sure it wasn't stained and sure enough, the dirt wiped right off. This just tells me there wasn't a lot of effort put into cleaning the place before we arrived. I was just disgusted. If you're concerned about cleanliness with the pandemic or just cleanliness in general, DON'T STAY HERE!! Also, they don't advertise this on the ad for the condo, but this place is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, it wasn't a huge deal for me but would've been nice to know when I rented it. The good things are that it is a good quiet location and close to the beach, if you're willing to look over all the other. I, myself, am not willing to spend that much money on a place where I don't even feel comfortable touching anything!
