Mariner Pointe #521 offers fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, screened-in lanai, closet with beach items and so much more. The unit is located just steps from the resort style pool accessible right from your ground floor screen door, so you can enjoy the lush landscaping and water views from the lanai, and your are just steps away from cooling off in the pool or relaxing in the sun.
Enjoy taking a short bike ride to a private beach or ride along Sanibel Islands beautiful bike paths, either way you're sure to enjoy your time. Mariner Pointe complex is unique as it offers so much more than just the accommodations itself... enjoy sitting on the walkway benches as the sunsets over San Carlos Bay, relax by one of the two heated pools, play tennis or pickle ball on the newly refurbished courts, enjoy the evening weather cooking at the BBQ grills, or catch your own dinner right from the fishing pier!
