アルビニー通りのほとりの水から20mに位置するアパートメントLe Matignonは、アヌシーでの滞在に理想的なidealです。
2019年7月に完全に改装されたこのアパートメントは、4人に最適で、6人まで収容できます。
寝室が2つあり、それぞれにバスルームがあります。

インテリアデザイナーによって丁寧に装飾されたこのアパートメントは、エアコン完備で、2つのバルコニーがあります。湖を見下ろす1つ目のリビングルーム、2つ目のキッチン。
各部屋には大きなストレージとテレビがあります。
広々としたリビングルームにはテレビもあり、オーブン、食器洗い機、ネスプレッソコーヒーマシンを備えた設備の整ったキッチンに通じています。
アパートメントには、洗濯機と高速WiFiも備わっています。
ご滞在のためにリネンが提供されます。

建物の地下駐車場に車を直接駐車できます。

オートサボアの首都アヌシーは、��に囲まれた湖の端に位置し、その環境の質と生活の質で知られています。

We have buzzing noise from A/C every minute, not clean a kitchen balcony was full of junk and dust.

Nice apartment, but need more kitchen supply, cleanliness and maintenance on the unit. Thank you.

Dirty, dusty and surrounded by construction on all walls and windows with scaffolding, no view

Dirty, dusty, old, no privacy from scaffolding surrounding the entire unit. The apartment seemed vacated and unsafe. Construction dust would enter under door sills as they were sawing in the patio and spilling concrete. No one in our group could sleep as it was on going. I spent 4 hours trying to contact the owner after travelling 12 hours. Finally we got a hold of concierge du lac through VRBO and they denied there was an construction at all. I promptly sent photos and videos of ongoing construction toon just outside our windows. We left the next morning for a hotel in the center of town with a better location. I’m still waiting on the rest of my refund. They charged me 2 nights now instead of 1 claiming they have a 2 night stay minimum. This should be waived seeing as if I knew the condition of the rental, I would never have booked it. I agree to pay for one night, but not two. I feel they have forfeit their policy by knowingly and denying renting this unit out without any communication. Please escalate this issue to VRBO leadership as we are still expecting the rest of our refund. Thank you

Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities and we regret that you encountered these issues. Construction work is sometimes necessary and unavoidable to maintain the property, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Nevertheless, in order to inform our guests, these works are mentioned on the description of the flat, so you could read them before booking. The flat is gorgeous, not old but freshly refurbished. Your comment is not fair. Regarding the refund, we followed our booking conditions, that is to say that the apartment is bookable for a minimum stay of two nights only and you have been refund for one night spent. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort you experienced during your stay, and we hope to have an opportunity to better serve you in the future. Best regards, Caroline

El apartamento tiene la ubicación ideal, cerca del pueblo pero con la tranquilidad de estar frente al lago, las vistas son muy bonitas, y la terraza no es grande pero suficiente para poder desayunar o comer en ella. las habitaciones son grandes, las camas cómodas y la ropa de cama super confortable. Las duchas funcionan de maravilla En la TV te puedes conectar fácilmente a Netflix y a otras plataformas, muy de agradecer si como a nuestro grupo, después de un día de excursiones, os apetece compartir una buena pelicula...

Nos alegra saber que encontraste la ubicación ideal y disfrutaste de las vistas. También nos complace saber que las habitaciones, las camas y la ropa de cama eran cómodas y que las duchas funcionaron de maravilla. Lamentamos escuchar sobre la limpieza de las persianas y la falta de papel higiénico y jabón. Merveilleux séjour bord de lac

Appartement situé dans un emplacement idyllique, proche de la ville et des plages, permettant d’apprécier les avantages de bord de lac sans en subir les conséquences. Configuration de l’appart idéale avec ses 2 SDB, son séjour cuisine parfaitement agencé et sa terrasse permettant de voir la vie du lac, vue du 1ère étage. Immeuble calme. Des voilages aux fenêtres des chambres seraient bienvenus pour éviter d’être en vue des immeubles voisins, notamment la nuit si on souhaite dormir la fenêtre ouverte et profiter de la fraîcheur nocturne. NB: cette année le ravalement de l’immeuble n’étant pas terminé la terrasse n’était pas totalement exploitable, nettoyage du sol pas fait, appliques déposées et store banne non rebranché à l’électricité : nous étions obligés de fermer les volets pour ne pas subir la luminosité de l’après midi. Une deuxième clé d’accès à l’appartement n’a pas été fournie, elle est indispensable !!!! Cependant nous recommandons cette adresse que nous avons pratiquée à 2 reprises avec autant de plaisir.

Non respect du locataire

Très déçue. Je suis souvent partie avec Abritel et toujours été satisfaite par contre là c’était pas terrible. Les gens qui travaillent pour la conciergerie du lac ne sont pas efficaces. Le ménage est très moyen, il n’y avait pas d’alaises dans les lits, pas de protèges oreillers sous la housse donc les oreillers étaient sales. Les vitres n’étaient pas lavées , et en plus l’échafaudage du ravalement de façade qui nous bouchait la vue. Quand j’ai réservé il n’était pas précisé qu’il y aurait des travaux, sinon je n’aurais pas réservé. Le personnel de la conciergerie n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur , peu aimable, pressé, à la limite de la politesse !!!! Je suis vraiment très déçu. Appartement très cher. Je ne referai plus appel à eux.
