Great location!

We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot to restaurants, the space was perfect for us and excellent views. We would love to stay there again!

Great Space and Amazing Location!

Very nice and spacious condo, and fully stocked Kitchen with everything you could need. Outstanding location, walkable to all the great spots in the North Loop.

Gophers weekend getaway

We were in town visiting our college son for a Hockey Game and Football game. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the place. It was great having 2 bedrooms and a comfy pullout couch, kitchen and outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed Rise bagels, Wrecktangle Pizza and Red Cow. Underground parking garage access was also ideal. We love the NOLO area!

Great Stay!

Very nice apartment! We loved the outdoor balcony and floor to ceiling windows. We were bummed that there was only one king bed and the other was a queen/full. (Different from listing stating 2 kings). However, the housekeeping and maintenance were incredibly fast and catered to anything we needed!

Missing amenities- terrible check in process

Lights in bathroom did not work. Laundry pods were not where they said they would be so we purchased our own. Be weary of the check in process- Waited hours around 1-2 am to get answers to figure it out. Clean unit. Great location. Good balcony. TV hard to figure out. Comfortable beds.

Awesome Condo - Great Location!

First time to Minneapolis for a four-day weekend with friends for a baseball game. This condo was immaculate! Large loft with private bathrooms for each bedroom. State of the art appliances, although we ate out most of the time. Sitting on the private deck at the end of the day or being lazy in the morning with coffee was well worth it. There's also a large public balcony with sofas and grills. Except for the ride from the airport, everything was walkable. So many restaurants and bars in the immediate area, it was hard to choose. Right behind the building is a courtyard with a coffee shop, a taco place and two restaurants (Thr3 Jack was great!). Christen was the best for answering any questions we had with check and check out. Really enjoyed everything about this place!

Customer Service Concerns

I have never had a more unsatisfying customer service experience than this one. There were many things that were not as expected when I arrived. 1. Broken toilet paper holder and towel bar that fell off the wall 2. No bath mat 3. Dust/dirt under the bed and a sock! 4. No binder with hard copy instructions 5. No hard copy instructions for how to use items (eg fire pit, television, etc.) 6. Microwave hard to find - they know this from previous customers but have done nothing to address it 7. No wine glasses 8. No regular size dinner plates 9. Half empty bags of ice 10. Wires exposed on the televisions 11. One umbrella for a unit that can sleep 6 people My friend lost his fob, which has a $250 replacement fee. This would be fine of course but given the condition of the unit and the terrible customer service I received, it's 100% unnacceptable and unprofessional. I told the supervisor Kristen that I don't like writing bad reviews but prefer to communicate issues directly. Her repsonse was that I was supposed to tell them of issues while I was there. Why is it my responsibility to tell them all the things that are wrong with the condo - WHILE I AM STAYING THERE? All I heard was excuses without any accountability. Hopefully, they will incorporate my feedback so the next guests won't have to deal with these issues while they are on vacation. I don't like dealing with things like this in my own home, let alone a penthouse condo that I've rented! That's all...

Great Location and Building!

We came for a work trip with family and small children This location was close to so much. We could walk to bars, restaurants and playgrounds. The check in was a bit of a hassle due to the cellular connection going out of the key crib. We had the resolved quickly thanks to the management team. I would stay here again!
