Excelente en todos los sentidos, equipado, bonito y cuidado

Un lugar excelente en el que pasar unos dias de descanso. Un equipamiento completo, un diseño moderno y con buen gusto, tiene todo lo necesario. Completamente recomendable. El único pero es que hubo algún problema de comunicación con la propietaria y el contrato pero ella hizo lo posible por solventarlo así que todo acabó bien. Gracias por todo.

Casa excelente

Estuvimos este fin de semana y la casa es excelente, tanto en equipamiento como ubicación. El tiempo no nos favoreció y no pudimos disfrutar de su exterior. El interior muy bien acondicionado, resultando una estancia fabulosa. A 5 minutos en coche de la cité. Sin dudarlo el mejor alojamiento de todas las veces que hemos visitado Carcassonne. Repetiremos.

Fijne vakantie gehad, de woning is voorzien van alle gemakken, de eigenaresse was vriendelijk en beschikbaar voor al onze vragen. We zaten er in de tijd van een hittegolf dus mistte een klein beetje een waaier of een airco, want het bleef ‘s nachts nog lang heet, maar verder erg genoten.

Maquens Carcassonne

The communication and check in with the host Marie-Pierre was excellent. The villa and gardens are well organised and spotless . Especially enjoyed the outdoor bbq and bar area in the evening sunset. Accommodated 5 adults comfortably. We would return again. Thank you.

Magifique maison dans une magnifique région

La maison est magnifique, très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée pour qui aime cuisiner. La literie est très bonne et il y a plein de rangements dans les chambres. La météo bien humide ne nous a pas permis de tester le coin barbecue, dommage. Il y a plein de beaux sites à visiter sans compter Carcassonne bien sûr qui n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres de la maison.

Super équipement de cette propriété, conforme à l'annonce, pour un séjour à plusieurs couples 2 salles de bains, c'est super. Calme, propre, avec des petits plus comme le barbecue et le terrain de pétanque et les 3 espaces de relaxation pour siroter ou déjeuner à l'extérieur . Commerces et grandes surfaces à proximité. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la région,et les châteaux cathares. A recommander sans état d'âme.

Maison et jardin très agréables

Grande maison, confortable et très bien équipée (parquet réfrigérant entre autre !). Le tout couronné par un grand jardin très agréable. Endroit idéal pour rayonner autour de Carcassonne.

Gîte agréable et bien situé

Les contacts avec la propriétaire fûrent excellents, l'accueil a été charmant et bienveillant. Le gîte est bien équipé avec un trés beau jardin. Dommage que les lits ne soient pas en 160 (Queen bed) vu la belle taille des chambres. Le descriptif donné est conforme à la réalité.

Casa espectacular

La casa es preciosa, súper amplia, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Muy limpio. Todos los utensilios necesarios, en perfectas condiciones. El patio- jardin muy bien cuidado. Totalmente recomendable. El único pero es que justo se había estropeado el lavavajillas. Repetiríamos!!!!

Gracias por tu apreciación. Estoy encantado de que hayan disfrutado su estancia en esta casa. Lo siento por el lavaplatos, se rompió el día anterior a su llegada y no tuvimos tiempo de arreglarlo para su estadía. Lamentablemente, no podemos dominar este tipo de imprevistos. Perdónanos otra vez. Ahora él está de vuelta en su lugar y todo está funcionando muy bien! Así que puedes disfrutarlo si vuelves :)

A welcome reception in a beautiful new house with a very beautiful garden

Both the spacious new house and the wonderful garden were of top quality in a nice little village next to Carcassonne. Having one bedroom downstairs was very welcome to one of our companions. We will recommand it to all our friends.

A haven

Greeted upon arrival by housekeeper Claudine, who was just lovely and explained all the basic information needed (though think I need to brush up on my rudimentary French!). Property lives up to expectations, clean, well kept, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. All electrical items are fairly straight forward to use, though for those not so fluent in French will need to ensure that you have means to translate any instructions provided. We made use of the outside bbq on many occasions, taking advantage of the lovely walled garden and the beautiful spectacular evening sunsets and starlit skies during our stay. The figs from the fig tree in the garden were amazing! Property had easy access to all routes and local supermarkets. You definitely need a car to get about. Only negatives are that we were only provided with one set of bath towels each for our 2 week stay, the bathroom had very minimal toilet roll was lacking any hand soap through out the property, a first experience for us, as always provided during previous holiday lets. To provide basics, such as a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine, is always a nice touch. Check out was smooth, Claudine's husband came to the property (apologies unable to recall his name), however he was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had relaxing two weeks and would recommend the property. Kind regards Leisa & Andy Smith

However, we would like to clarify that the rental of a furnished tourism house or gite does not work like an hotel. Household linen is provided upon your arrival and a washing machine is at your disposal if you want to wash it. Regarding supplies such as soap or toilet paper, the necessary is provided for your arrival and it is then up to you to get some new it. That is how works the rental of a furnished tourism house unlike an hotel. The main thing is that everything went well for your honeymoon and you had a good time. Best regards

MAGNIFIQUE !!!

Maison magnifique et très fonctionnelle avec un grand jardin clos où se trouve toujours un coin d'ombre pour profiter de ce cadre idyllique aux portes de Carcassonne et des merveilles du pays cathare. Nous y avons été très bien accueilli. Nous sommes également tombés sous le charme de l'endroit et nous sentions comme à la maison. La semaine de vacances est malheureusement passée trop vite ! On adorerait y revenir... Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété pour des vacances au calme sous le grand tilleul ou pour visiter la région car toutes les commodités sont à proximité (zone commerciale, diverses voies d'accès, ville, découvertes historiques...). Merci encore aux propriétaires de faire profiter de cet endroit qu'ils ont remanié avec certainement beaucoup de travail et de goût pour en faire ce petit bijou où il fait bon vivre.
