Thank you for your recent stay with Eden Crest! We are sorry to hear the wifi was not working too well, we are currently working with the homeowners to correct the wifi trouble. The pools have to be kept to a certain temperature, however, some do find it a bit too cold for their liking. Please keep us in mind for your next visit to the Smoky Mountains !

These reviews are extremely important as they help us to learn where we excel, but also where we can improve. As for the pool, it is mandatory that we keep it set to 79 degrees due to the humidity levels and there is a bedroom on that level. We have found pool temps are subjective what is fine and warm for some seems cool to others. We see that you did stay during Spring Break with is a high-demand time for us. We are saddened to hear you thought the rates were too pricey. We find our rates are very comparable to the market in our area. Cabin with pools tends to be at the top of the rate scales due to their high demand. I see we did a courtesy follow-up call and we did not receive any mention of the microwave or toilet. We would have gladly sent maintenance to correct any issues had we been made aware. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will certainly use this as an opportunity to better improve our product and ensure all deficiencies highlighted are looked at. We really hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the future.

Wifi is a constant struggle here in the mountains. We have shared your feedback with the management team so that issues can be addressed.
