Great room, great view, great beach. This property has everything you need for a great beach stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is a little dated but it did not take away from a great experience. Would stay in this place again!

The condo itself was nice, but the building cleanliness and upkeep left a bit to be desired. Also, the door code quit working an hour before checkout. We were in the process of packing up when we were unable to get back inside to get the rest of our belongings.

Great Property and Great Location to everything

Very clean room and nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved the location of the condo as it was close to everything we did while staying. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean condo. Comfortable for small family. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Great view and we loved the amenities that Phoenix V offers. Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location for families with small kids or even older! Walmart Market is a mile down the road with anything you would need for your stay and it is very close to some great restaurants!!

Family Vacation

Our family all stayed at the Phoenix in separate units. Unit was as shown in pictures and the complex was great for family (we had 3 kids - 1yo, 3yo and 10yo). We alternated between beach and indoor pool as the outside pool was cold for October visit. We loved it and would stay there again!

Great view!

The property was beautifully decorated with lovely elements of sea life . Bed was comfortable, which is a must for me . Everyone on the property was kind and knowledgeable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
