Great accommodation!

This property did not disappoint! Very clean and extremely comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio and pool, kitchen was fully stocked, and we made good use of the beach chairs and cooler. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location, Modern and Clean

I'm glad we booked this property for our 4 adult couples. 3 of the 4 are in our 60's a 70's and the 4 king bedrooms all one level was perfect for us. The AC worked all through the house and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The location is very convenient to walk to Kukui'ula Shopping Center (10 min walk), as well as a longer walk to Poipu Beach. The pool is very small, but refreshing to dip into during the day. I think my only criticism is that there wer NO spices besides salt and pepper in the cupboards, so prepare to fully outfirt if you plan to cook. We bought spices, flour, corn starch, cooking oil, etc for our stay. Communication with the management team was easy via text or phone call and they quickly remedied any issues we had with the place.

Spectacular Home

This home is fabulous. Well maintained. Spotless, and very open to family gathering and enjoying time together. The neighborhood is beautiful, wonderful area to go for a run or leisurely walk. Quick walk to beaches. Plenty of restaurants and shopping, only was a short drive away. Enjoyed the inviting pool and large deck, we enjoyed sharing meals, sitting to visit or play games on the large deck. The bedrooms were large with bathrooms suites for all quests. Loved having a garage to park in. Well stocked with towels, beach chairs and all kitchen items needed to prepare meals. So great to also have a washer and dryer... We loved this home and would highly recommend to anyone. We would definitely stay here again

Family vacation stay

This house was everything we wanted and more! Spacious with a perfect layout, we enjoyed a comfortable stay for all 7 of us. The pool was a perfect afternoon activity for our toddler and the location made getting to and and from local spots a breeze! This was an absolutely perfect house!

Perfect in Poipu

Just finished an awesome stay here. Family included 6 adults and two kids (7 and 5) and the house was set up perfectly with shared and private space for everyone! The communications from the host was excellent with very concise information on the check-in process and the amenities offered. The house was super clean/ well kept and provisioned well with all the necessities- kitchen and bathroom supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. It's in a very central location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to numerous shops/restaurants in the area. The pool was a big bonus and the grandkids loved spending afternoon time in the water. Definitely would plan on another stay here!

Perfect!

My family of six stayed here for a week. The home, neighborhood and property were beautiful and week taken care of. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. It was great having to pool, unfortunately it is not heated, but we still used it a lot and enjoyed our stay very much!

A dream

The house could not be more perfect for family. My family of four traveled with my mom and MIL. First of all the house is absolutely beautiful; it’s modern, clean, and comfortable with breathtaking pics of Kauai on the walls. the location is in heart of Poipu, shopping, beaches, restaurants and resorts all minutes from the house. The pool, deck and backyard are just what you want to come home to at the end of a busy day. My boys loved playing in the pool in mornings and evenings. On the deck the sounds of Kauai serenade you and while you enjoy the beauty of the garden and the crazy antics of the island chickens. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Home

This is probably my favorite home I've ever rented, though it's also the most expensive! We loved how clean and new everything was. For a group of adults traveling, it was nice having king beds in all rooms and similar, beautiful decor. Apart from the bathrooms, all were pretty equal rooms and all bathrooms were excellent (2 rooms share a jack & jill and the other 2 rooms have en suite). I will note there is no a/c in the main room and kitchen - we had a couple days where the heat outside made this a bit uncomfortable. All the bedrooms had individual a/c units and were cool. The neighborhood and pool were lovely and the home is centrally located. We knew the pool was being serviced on Tuesday, but were surprised when the workers shared that we could not swim for a few days after it was being treated. Not sure how frequently this happens. Would absolutely stay here again with the right group and splurge budget.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our party. We loved that the home was comfortable, had everything we needed, had nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and air conditioning inside of the rooms. We asked if there were fans, and by the end of the day 4 tower fans were delivered. Similarly, the blender was not working (due to what appeared to be a missing safety feature), and someone delivered a new blender within 12 hours. The place is also 3 minute drive from the Sheraton Beach (Kiahuna), 5 minutes from Baby Beach, and 5 minutes from Poipu Beach. Couldn't have been a better fit for us.

Beautiful house and great location

We just got back from staying at this property for 9 nights and we really enjoyed the house and the location. The house is beautiful with comfortable furnishings and a completely stocked kitchen. Our only issue initially when we first arrived was that the listing said air conditioning throughout the house and the air conditioning is not throughout the house. All 4 bedrooms have a mini ductless air conditioning system but the main living room area and kitchen do not. It was hot when we arrived and it took us some time to figure out how to get things cooled down in that main area but once we did it wasn’t bad. I would recommend to the owners though to maybe install units in that room or even provide a portable air conditioner unit for the hotter months. In the end we had a great time staying at this property. We really enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful home and the perfect location that was close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We would stay again! I recommend!

Perfect Property!

Perfect property to serve as home base during an extended stay in Kauai, our first family vacation with a toddler in tow. We were joined by another couple and had plenty of space and privacy. Wonderful covered lanai, back yard, and pool. Functional air conditioning (mini-splits in each bedroom). Well appointed kitchen, and all the basic amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves. The house is in a quiet, brand new development, and was a close walk or drive to many stores/cafes/restaurants in Poipu.

The property was impeccably clean and we appreciated the welcome wine and snacks! The lanai and pool were perfect for lazy evenings and it was nice to have a bit of space between neighboring properties. Shopping was a 10 minute walk (or 4 -minute drive) away and bneaches were easily accessible. It was also gracious of Wailani Kauai and the homeowner to accommodate our request for a late checkout considering our evening flight. Made it much easier to not have to rush to pack and vacate by 10AM. Mahalo! Overall, a delightful experience, definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a lovely Kauai vacation.

Beautiful House

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures believe it or not. Very tasteful and spacious enough for our family of 6. Location is conveniently located by many local shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Had to cut our vacation short because of the coronavirus but would love to come back and stay here again!

Dreamy home in an even dreamier setting

We feel so lucky we found such a lovely home to stay while visiting Kauai! The home itself is gorgeous, sparkling clean and has incredible art native to Kauai throughout. The location is great! We could go for walks or runs and enjoy the stunning scenery in the neighborhood and were close to shopping, beaches, and hikes! The management was so helpful and attentive — I took advantage of their concierge services and it was so nice to have our groceries waiting for us. They also arranged for some baby items to be at the home and that was great. We cannot recommend this home enough. The amenities were exceptional: beach chairs, pool towels, the luxurious linens, The provided soap and shampoo and conditioner, the stunning backyard... it was hard to leave! Thank you for a great stay!
